The pool and patio are shared between 3 other condos on site.
Space
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo will sleep 8 adults or children, plus a pack-n-play for a baby! There are 2 pullout couches in the living area, and a queen-size bed in each bedroom. The guest bedroom overlooks the pool and water.
Beautiful condo located directly on the Intercoastal with a heated pool. Enjoy watching the yachts float by from our dock. Quiet and peaceful. Exactly 1 block from the beach and within walking distance to many shops and local amenities! Perfect for couples, young families, and groups of friends traveling together. Watch the sunset and boats by from our pool and patio all with comfortable sitting areas. Private entrance, full kitchen, desk/work area, free wifi, microwave, Keurig, plates and utensils, 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and a beach wagon are also available inside the condo for use during your stay!
We own all 4 condos on the property that share the pool/patio and dock area.
The Master bedroom includes a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom.
For families with small children: in addition to the pack-n-play provided, we have toys, games, beach toys, and coloring books to help make our littlest guests more comfortable.
In the living room, there is a pull-out couch where you can enjoy watching your favorite Netflix shows on the large flat-screen.
In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to make a gourmet meal or you may cook-out on our patio area with our gas grill.

There are also some of the best local restaurants just minutes away!
There is a laundry room on-site available for guests to use.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire pool, patio, and dock area. Guest/ Self entry via a provided Code. The code will be provided on the day of check-in. Check-in 3pm & Check out 11am. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate early check-in or late check-outs at this time. Immediate Driving directions will be provided on ​the day of check-in.
We will be available by phone or text for any questions or concerns, as we want you to have the best possible stay!

great weather too

great location--beach chair and beach towels included which was nice. quiet at night-----a small negative(which had nothing to do with the vrbo listing) was the Neighbour meditating a lot and ringing a bell constantly --it wasn't loud but loud enough and it was constant---i don't get it --- we asked to stop but the ringing was throughout the day ---oh well---the vrbo was very very clean and pool was nice also

Such an incredible experience! I feel so blessed to have found this gem when booking for our auntie/mother/daughter trip! So close to the beach, walkable to the pier, and the beautiful yachts/boats from the patio view were cherry on top. I will come back here again and will recommend to anyone else searching for a cozy, beautiful getaway.

Peaceful get away!

We stayed the weekend for a family wedding! It was the perfect get away. We watched the boat go by at night as we laid poolside enjoy the perfect weather. Peace and quiet for us to get away from the after party parties! Walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars! I highly recommend this place! They even had toothpaste and extra toothbrushes because someone always forget one

Beautiful rental

This rental is as pretty as the pictures and just as clean. We had a wonderful stay. The host was prompt in communicating and so very nice. Will definitely keep this as a place to stay again.

This was a great trip for our family. The house is decorate VERY nicely. It is staged to make you feel like you are at a wonderful upscale, yet comfortable escape. The bedding is AMAZING - plush, clean, and just perfect for your rest. The grounds are also well kept. There is plenty of room around the pool for guests from each of the units that share. You can see a good sunset, and watch the boats go by. The pool was a perfect temp. It's a short walk to the beach and local restaurants (both on the intercostal and the beach). We made visits to Miami, Sawgrass Outlets, and Boca Raton to visit family and this was the perfect location for staying in a vacation location but with reasonable access to greater south Florida. The property manager was very attentive via email/text. We hope to come again and share these units with friends/family.

Renters Beware!

This property is not as it was advertised. The kitchen is not equipped to cook a basic meal for 4 people due to inadequate cookware, utensils and glassware. The coffee maker is a slow 1 cup Kuerig. No utensils available to use the grill. This property listing boasts of being newly renovated with all new furniture. The 2 bathrooms were clean and nicely updated; however, the condition of the stained, dirty sofa cushions and the wear indicated heavy prior use and very little to no cleaning of them. As our disappointment became more apparent, we messaged the owner. But unlike her promise of being available to address questions or concerns we were ignored for over 2 hours before contacting VRBO directly for the owner’s phone number. When we called and asked for Marilyn(owner) the woman asked if we were calling about a VRBO rental. She said she gets frequent calls but she was not the owner and suggested we call VRBO again to see if they had another number. After almost 6 hours of trying to communicate with the owner we finally got a VRBO agent who asked if we had tried both numbers. It was now about 11:45pm. I phoned the 2nd number and got through to the owner. She was clearly aware of our issues and when I brought up our most pressing issues; the inability to be able to cook real meals with the limited supplies and the very dirty condition of the furnishings her reply was “It’s a rental”! She said that we could stay the night and as long as we vacated prior to 11am checkout she would refund the entire amount paid. But in the morning she sent a message that it was best for us to leave and we would be charged 1 days rental, cleaning fee and taxes. We later saw we were also charged the entire VRBO service fee bringing the total charge to more than double cost of 2 days rental. We nonetheless left the property in the condition we found it and left around 10:30. In the 25+ years of renting properties through VRBO/HomeAway we had issues with only 1 other property due to plumbing issues that were present when we arrived. This host was very communicative and worked to quickly resolve the problems. Thankfully most hosts are honest with their listings. This was not the case here. The owner misrepresented the property and has since updated her listing. While our dealings with Marilyn left us with the impression that she is a very “seasoned”property owner we are confused as to what qualifies her to be referred to as a “Premier Host”! Our advice… keep looking!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Tout le confort était au rendez-vous. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le petit chariot de plage, la glacière et les chaises de plage mis à notre disposition pour pourvoir organiser un pique nique sur la plage, c'était vraiment super sympa. Le lieu était vraiment "amazing", les canaux !! les bateaux !!! et à 4 minutes à pied de la plage !!! vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés, on a adoré. Merci

Good Place to stay

We had a great time relaxing and watching the boats cruise past. The location is handy for beach and lots of restaurants ans very walkable. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues that were fixed as soon as reported. Overall a good place to stay.

Quick Gateway

Took my parents on a quick gateway and enjoyed our stay. The place was beautiful, and the location was perfect. Closed to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. Plus, my parents enjoyed the pool area and watching the boats pass by. I would highly recommend this beautiful waterfront condo.

Family Vacay Fun!!!

10 out of 10 would highly recommend is an understatement!!! Location was amazing, the house was beautiful, and it was a pleasurable experience when chatting with the owner. It was my sons 7th birthday and he wanted a place with a pool and close to the beach. We got an added bonus of the view of the passing boats!!!! Very comfortable stay and if I’m the area would definitely book again!! Thank you so much Marilyn for allowing us to stay!!!!

Better than a beach stay!

Loved our stay! Better than the pictures! So nice being on the intercoastal waterway and sitting by the pool watching the huge yachts go by! Super clean and everything was so new and nice. Can't say enough good things about this place. Will book it again when visiting the area for sure. Walkable to the beach and tons of restaurants. Comes with tons of beach stuff (towels, chairs, umbrella, toys,etc) if you're flying in. The only two things I would critique is that there wasn't a television in the back bedroom which was hard when you wanted to wind down before going to sleep and the fridge didn't have an ice maker so we had to buy bags of ice for our coolers. Neither of these things would keep me from re-booking and I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Property and View

Loved the cozy comfort feel when you entered. The backyard is amazing for late night and sunset memories and relaxation. Rooms are slightly small but, are very roomy and amazing. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Would definitely recommend!
