We ask that you treat our house as if you were a guest at a good friends house, please clean appliances that you used and do your best to return the kitchen to original condition.
Please return all beach items to the laundry room and return to an orderly appearance. Remove all trash or personal items from the pool area or patio. Thank you for staying!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We require a government issued photo id and selfie photo within 3 days of booking. We require a photo id of all adult guests.

Very well stocked with all the kitchen items youight need and plenty of bath and beach towels. Steve is a great communicator and extremely helpful.

Steven was very welcoming and responsive to some of my early questions after we arrived. The house was as listed with plenty of room to spread out especially with the pool area which was very nice if you didn't want to go to the beach but the beach was very close. The location is also very close to Alot of restaurants, shopping and the Fisher Family Pier.

The location was great. Honestly one of my favorite things about the house was the fact that there was a cast iron pan and hexclad pans, which is not something you'd see everywhere. The house was very clean when we arrived. Plenty of towels for everyone. We appreciated the beach stroller with chairs and toys for kids, and although we didn't get to use the pool there were also floaties for kids and babies. He also had a playpen for baby to sleep. Steve was very responsive and when issues came up he did his best to resolve them and make sure we left happy.

Great beach stat

Excellent location. We loved that it was walking distance to the beach. Pool was warm and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and perfect for cooking meals during our stay. We would stay here again.

Fantastic location! It was such an easy walk to the beach every day and the beach cart containing chairs, umbrella and anything you could need was a definite plus. Our host was amazing with responsiveness, which came in handy when the local internet provider had an issue, he called to figure it out and reached out as soon as it was resolved- at 1:30am- which I think went above and beyond.

The host was very attentive and welcoming to us. The house was in a great location and in good condition. Walkable to the beach and Pompano Pier. We ran into a few issues but Steve was quick to have everything resolved.The water heater wasn’t operating when we arrived, but he had the unit replaced as soon as he was able to. Kids took cold showers the first day so that wasn’t fun, but it was taken care of.The pool would have been nice to use but since it was too cold outside, the water heater wasn’t functioning properly. There were bikes in the garage we had planned to take for a ride, but those are not available for use also. I also thought I read about a golf cart being accessible, but I didn’t see one, either.Otherwise, would definitely stay here again!

Everything you want/need

This was a short notice stay due to an overbooking at a resort we were suppose to stay at in Pompano and this was much better. The house is very accomodating for 5 mostly adult people. Very spacious inside and out. Had everything we needed. The pool was a bonus. Access to the beach was a 3 min walk. Would definitely stay there again if needed.

Had a really nice 10 day stay here. The location was perfect with the beach one block away. Also loved the convenience of The Circuit for rides around Pompano. Steve was very responsive to our questions as well!

It was awesome and very close to the beach. Close to shops as well. Very clean. Pool was not heated upon arrival, and we did not look into how to turn it on until night before we left… We will know better for next time.

Best suggestion would be to call the host right away if you have any concerns. None the less, glad you enjoyed yourself.

It was steps from the beach and walking to downtown. The inside was remodeled and very clean. Pool was great as well. The host responded anytime I had a question and was very pleasant. Will go again.

Great Location/Beach/Restaurants

We loved our stay at this house. The kitchen was fully equipped, including an "air fryer" so it made for quick and easy cooking. The pool was heated and maintained each week. Nice big screen TV for watching our NFL playoff games as well. Again, the location and and walking distance a big plus for this location. We would love to come back!

Perfect Beach House

This house is located a 4 minute walk from the beach, which is beautiful and has warm water and great waves most days. The pool is also a great way to cool off and sit in the shade and read or relax. You can walk to many great restaurants. It's just far enough to work off your meal onthe way home. Steve is a very responsive and conscientious owner. We enjoyed it here very much.

If you are visiting Florida you are no doubt here to experience the Water and the Sun. There is no better place to do this than the sanctuary I created. No sharing of the pool with inconsiderate people, No constantly having to go out for food, No driving to the beach and hoping to find parking, No tipping, No elevators or stairs, No missing sunrises or sunsets.... Who would have thought so many "no's" could bring about such joy. You will leave here wanting to come back. I have recently taken over this property and promptly bought all new furniture including new luxury mattresses.
