Tranquility

Mike's place is simply peace and tranquility. From the private courtyard, the sound of the birds and the parkland setting with its roaming herd of deer. This was our second time vacationing at Mike's. His townhouse is large, tastefully furnished, well equipped and clean. The enclosed walled-in courtyard was a perfect place to relax. We appreciated Mike's quick responses to any questions we had (few). Everything was as expected or better. A great vacation spot away from the normal rush of life.

Bedrooms and bathrooms were not clean

Linens were not clean (dead bugs and stained) towels were musty. All drawers and closets were full of personal items. Not much room to put our things. (Condoms and passport in the nightstand drawer) doors in master bathroom and closet were removed. Master shower is the size of a phone booth. Location was very convenient

Peaceful setting

We very much enjoyed the peace, quiet and setting of this home. Mike was very attentive to our requests which further helped to make our vacation memorable. Would we stay here again? Absolutely.

Wedding at the Hummingbird house

The property was perfect got us. It was clean and comfortable. All of the rooms were large and it had a great layout. We had two small older dogs who enjoyed the atrium and were happy being secure outside. We could see them from almost every room. The townhome is in a safe golf course neighborhood and we were able to park in the garage. Overall it was a really nice home south of Austin. We went for a wedding at the Hummingbird House venue and it only took 8 minutes to get there.
