Beautiful PRIVATE waterfront condo located 1 block from the beach! Enjoy intercostal views from the unit, located on the 1st floor. Minutes to shopping, and restaurants. 15 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale Airport and 40 minutes to Miami. Pack n play, highchair, beach chairs, beach toys, and towels included.
The minimum age to book is 25. No parties.
The Space
This space is perfect for families, groups of friends traveling together, or couples.
Public beach access is only 3 blocks away! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo will sleep 6 adults or children, plus a pack n play for a baby! There is a pull-out couch in the living room in addition to a king-size bed in each bedroom. The Master bedroom includes a king bed, full bath, smart tv, and private balcony overlooking a serene waterfront canal. The guest bedroom has a king-size bed, smart tv, pack n play, and a full bath is located just outside this bedroom. For families with small children: in addition to the pack n play, we have a highchair, toys, games, beach toys, and coloring books with crayons to help make our littlest guest more comfortable. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch where you can watch your favorite Netflix shows on the large flat screen. In the kitchen, you will find every you need to make a gourmet meal, or you may cook-out on the private deck with our grill. There is grocery delivery available and some of the best local restaurants just minutes away! Watch the sunset and boats by from our private deck and balcony all with a comfortable seating area.

Great place for 2 couples as the bedrooms are at the opposite end of the condo. Back bedroom with access to the canal was stunning. Great sunset pictures! Would highly recommend this location.

Great location

This was the perfect property for our family. The owner was always quick to respond with questions. The outside space was great to have with a screen in porch in case the bugs came out. The only downfall for the outside space was it was quite close to the two other units when you are all outside. Inside gave us all the room we needed for 6 people. We loved being able to pop over to the beach at night when we returned from our outings with it being so close. I would recommend this space for anyone looking in the area.

Hidden gem!!

This rental is such a find. I stayed with my preteen daughter and we absolutely loved it. It's convenient to the beach, tucked away for just the right amount of sun and privacy. The floor plan is perfect for a guest or family, on the other side of the condo. The master is gorgeous and has a generous screened patio leading to a private deck off the intercostal. I wasn't expecting it to be so nice!! I will definitely return!

Excellent location and amenities for a long holiday weekend with nearby family. Everything was just as described in the listing. The outdoor setting was perfect for our purposes. The unit is older, but well maintained and very clean! Access to the beach is more than a block, so we were grateful for the beach chairs, wagon and towels. The host provided almost everything a person could need in the the kitchen,dining area, bathrooms and bedrooms.

A gem of a property

This is an excellent quiet property close to all the action including the beach. Property was exactly as depicted and described. The owner was very responsive to inquiries. The back patio is the best feature with views of the water with your morning coffee. The kitchen is nicely appointed, and the bedrooms are a very good size. Already booked again for next year.
