Lovely Property

The home and surrounding grounds are lovely, and we especially enjoyed sitting out with our morning coffee, soaking up the sunshine. We were thankful for all of the amenities provided, as we prepared most of our meals on site, and having a clothes washer was an added plus. We did have some problems getting in touch with the property manager from time to time.

Schöne Ferienhaus mit großem Garten zum Spielen und Faulenzen. Heller, großer Wohn- und Essbereich. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. tolle große Dusche im Erdgeschoss. Schlafbereich alle mit Rolläden. Einkaufsmöglichkeit max 10 Min entfernt. Wochenmärkte unbedingt besuchen. Schöner fast menschenleerer Stand 5 min entfernt - viele Muscheln. sehr nette Vermieter. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt trotz Sprachbarriere.

Maison tres agréable

Maison et proprietaires tres agreables. Communication fluide et excellent accueil. Propre et en excellent etat. Pour se balader dans le Cotentin c'etait parfait sans etre sur les sites historiques du débarquement : facilité d'accès pour y aller mais grande tranquilité pour sejourner.

Eine Woche Erholung pur an endlosen Stränden

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche im Haus von Florence und Ludovic verbracht. Das Haus liegt super ruhig in einem kleinen Dorf ca. 3km vom Strand entfernt. Der große Garten bietet den ganzen Tag Sonne aber auch Bäume in deren Schatten man sich auf einer Liege ausruhen kann. Die Einrichtung ist hell und freundlich und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer als Kinderzimmer aber wunderbar geeignet. Der Kontakt mit Florence war absolut unkompliziert und da das Haus in der Vorwoche nicht vermietet war, konnten wir sogar schon früher einchecken.

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben die Woche in dem sehr geschmackvollen, großen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus genossen. Der Garten ist sehr schön mit Platz zum Sonnen und Spielen. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter, kann man sich gut im Haus aufhalten. Das Meer ist 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und es gibt schöne Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La cabane de Surville

Merci pour l'accueil de Florence. "La cabane de Surville" est une maison très agréable à vivre, nous nous y sommes senti vraiment très très bien. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour. Je recommande !!

Erholsamer Familienurlaub

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, geräumig, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt einen großen Garten zur Nutzung. 5-6 Personen kommen hier bequem unter. Danke an Florence und ihren Mann, die uns sehr freundlich empfangen haben und die äußerst angenehme Kommunikation. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschönes Haus mit Garten in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, so dass man mit einem eigenen Fahrzeug anreisen sollte. Die Lage ist jedoch wunderbar ruhig mit eingezäuntem Garten. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll mit Liebe zum Detail und modern eingerichtet bzw neu renoviert. Im Ergeschoss liegt das Herz des Hauses: die große Wohn-Essküche mit Ausgang zu den Gartenflächen. Der Garten lädt mit Grill, Terrasse mit Esstisch vor dem Haus oder mit großer Gartenfläche hinter dem Haus zum Entspannen ein. Im Erdgeschoss ist ebenso ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und bei Bedarf Waschmaschine. Im oberen Geschoss gelangt man durch ein Zweibett-Zimmer zu den beiden weiteren Schlafzimmern. Eines ist ausgestattet mit Queensize Bett, das zweite Zimmer mit zwei separat stehenden Betten, die auch zusammengeschoben werden können. Darüber hinaus befindet sich im OG das zweite Bad mit Wanne sowie eine separate Toilette. WLAN ist ebenfalls im Haus verfügbar. Wir haben viele Ausflüge entlang der Küste unternommen. Der Strand von Surville selbst ist nicht fußläufig erreichbar, jedoch nur ca. 2km entfernt. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Supermärkte etc. sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Bestätigung der Reisedaten erfolgten bei unserer sehr spontanen Reiseanfrage prompt und individuell. Die Kommunikation war trotz Sprachbarrieren (wir sprechen leider nur begrenzt Französisch) sehr gut möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Normandie ist eine wunderschöne Gegend in Frankreich und wir haben als Familie genau die Urlaubsunterkunft gefunden, die wir uns vorgestellt haben: Ruhig gelegen, mit Platz im Haus und einem Garten, von wo aus wir zahlreiche Aktivitäten und Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung machen konnten.
