Appartement de caractère idéalement situé à St Martin de Ré et proche de tous commerces. Nous avons été vraiment très bien accueillis par les propriétaires. Une expérience a réitéré sans modération.

ON A ADO RE

Les photos correspondent parfaitement à la réalité de la maison, qui est décorée avec goût, très propre et très fonctionnelle. Guy et Sylvie nous ont parfaitement accueillis. La maison est idéalement placée ; à 50 m du port de Saint Martin et au-dessus d'un loueur de vélos. Tout se fait à pied ou à vélo. La plage de la Cible se trouve à 10 mn à pied. Dommage que la location - cela est mentionné dans l'annonce - ne prévoit pas de draps (même si Guy a eu la gentillesse de se démener pour nous en trouver), et lque e parking non payant soit très éloigné. Enfin, le bruit de la rue, dès 6 H du matin (camion poubelle, livraisons), est tout de même dérangeant, surtout en période de forte chaleur où l'on doit ouvrir les fenêtres : une clim éviterait ce désagrément..... Malgré cela, je conseille cette location.

Wat een aangename vakantie, vanaf de warme ontvangst door de eigenaar tot en met onze thuiskomst : dit is een huisje dat sfeer uitstraalt en visueel genoeg biedt met een crème van een eigenaar die oprecht zijn best doet om het verblijf van zijn gasten tot een succes te maken In het centrum van Ile de Ré vlakbij de haven en tussen de winkeltjes & de restaurants !! Niet twijfelen !
