House on the seafront, located in the charming village of La Flotte, near the medieval market, the port, all shops. Magnificent views of the perthuis, the port, the Vendée coast.
The Ile de Ré is a paradise for bike rides, beautiful villages with small white low houses and green shutters.

Excellent séjour d´une semaine (mai 2024) dans un logement conforme à la description et très agréable. Idéalement situé, avec en plus une place de parking juste en face. Très propre et bien tenu par des propriétaires sympathiques. Espace pour les vélos. J´y reviendrai sûrement.

Maison parfaitement située avec une vue magnifique sur l’océan, un accès direct au bord de mer, une proximité du marché, des boutiques, du port. La maison est d’une propreté irréprochable, très bien équipée, les matelas très confortables, c’est une maison dans laquelle on se sent tout de suite bien. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir séjourner dans cette maison si agréable.

Ton de l'accueil peremptoir

Pas de lit en 200 mais uniquement en 160 et en 140. Relevé de compteur à surveiller ainsi que le prix du kwh, réalisé sans votre présence. Pensez à réclamer la caution de 500 euros et attention : Ne pas jeter les ordures ménagères ( les crustacés) dans les sacs poubelles.Si non bonne localisation surtout pour les petits enfants, logement en accord avec les photos mais sombre et cuisine mal éclairée.

Petite mise aupoint, suite aux doléances de Mme Bézy. Vous aviez réservé pour 4 personnes, et au dernier moment,vous nous demandez la possibilité de venir à 7. Nous n'avons pas fait d'objection, et nous vous avons reçus comme il se doit. Vous vous plaignez de l'éclairage de la cuisine, il y a une rampe de 4 spots +2spots individuels + éclairage de la hotte(on ne peut faire mieux !). Vous pouviez controler le compteur électrique pendant et aprés mon relevé, puique je vous avais montré le placard du compteur. Ns vous avons fourni les appareils électriques demandés en supplément (ma femme s'étant deplacée à plusieurs reprises). Tant qu'au chèque de caution, j'avais ommis de vous le remettre sur le champ. Mais sur le contrat il est bien stipulé que celui-ci vous sera restitué sous 15 jours. Bien à vous. Bien cordialement. J.Ch et M.C Chauffour
