This unit has had a major makeover with brand new beds, furniture, flooring, granite counterops and painted throughout for a fresh new look. You will love the newly remodeled master bathroom with an extra large double head walk in shower in master bedroom.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The host was amazing and so helpful. Everything was clean, spacious and relaxing. Comfortable beds/pillows and nice showers. Throughout the whole trip we just could Not stop talking about what a wonderful condo it was! We will def stay again!!

Great place to stay.

The location was great. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Better than we could have hoped for. The complementary beach setup was a welcomed surprise. The pools were clean and not over crowded. Parking was never an issue.

Our family fell in love with Okaloosa Island while visiting our son who was stationed at Eglin Air Force Base. We've always dreamed of owning a vacation home in Florida. In 2020 we purchased our Florida home away from home. We are so excited to finally realize that dream. We live in Casper, Wyoming but look forward to escaping our long winters to the beautiful beaches of Florida. We hope you will enjoy our home away from home, the beautiful white sand, and the turquoise waters of the Gulf as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Summer Place is a smaller building with only 54 units so the beach behind the condo is never crowded. The condo units are large with wider hallway and doors which make it easily handicap accessible as well as making it feel more open and spacious.
