We pay for beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrellas) to be reserved for you for each day of your stay so no need to get up and go out to the beach early to snag chairs. Just give the beach attendant your unit number at the beginning of your stay and your chairs will be waiting for you!

Summer Place has 2 large, beachfront pools (one is seasonally heated) as well as a hot tub. We also have the only beachfront grilling and picnic area on the island.
