Restored 1880 Farmhouse Modern Amenities & Direct Access to Tall Pines ATV Park

The Blue Bird Tourist Home at the Hann Homestead is an 1880 farmhouse vacation rental in Andover NY. We have direct access to Tall Pines ATV Park, unload your trailers here and ride your machines right up the seasonal road to the park. The house has 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On first floor is 1 king bedroom and 1 full size bedroom and main floor bathroom. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms with 5 queen size beds and a full bathroom. All beds have new pillow top mattresses, we use the softest linens and EVERY layer of our beds are washed after each checkout, we would expect no less for ourselves let alone guests! The bathrooms are fully stocked with fluffy towels, complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and custom butcher block counter tops, there is a gas grill and also a HUGE fire pit in the yard next to our little babbling brook. We are ATV friendly and have onsite trout fishing on Dyke Creek.
Enjoy all the comforts of home plus more! WIFI, Smart TV, AC and ceiling fans
At the Blue Bird we require a 2 night minimum, there is 3 night minimum on holiday weekends including Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.

Great little vacation

A group of us stayed here to ride tall pines Atv park and it was great the house was nicer and cleaner than it looked in the listing owners are awesome people we have 0 complaints and can’t wait to come back thanks again

This property was so perfect!! We were supposed to have 12 people and most canceled. So my daughter and her boyfriend and my friend of 45 years all met there! It was amazing!! The house fit us all and we each had our own space! We played games and cooked on the grill! I want to come back just to hang out in this awesome space!! By far one of the best warmest houses and hosts I have had!!

Fabulous Farmhouse

Barbara was excellent in communication! The farmhouse is tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. We visited our son who attends Alfred University and it was a perfect “weekend get away” that we all needed. The property is very well maintained and stocked with everything you can think of! Cannot wait to stay again!

Clean, Spacious, and Beautiful Farmhouse Stay

My family stayed at the Blue Bird Home and it exceeded all of our expectations. The farmhouse is gorgeous, spacious, and exceptionally clean. We were provided with all amenities for cooking, sleeping, and relaxing. Barbara was a perfect host and was very receptive to questions and overall easy to communicate with. There is lots of space for outdoor activities though we spent most of our time indoors due to the weather. I would stay here again anytime, and would surely recommend to others. Thank you Barbara!
