La Beaumontine in Beaumont-en-Auge

We had a fantastic stay at Christine’s home and were pleased to see the welcoming breakfast foods and cider. The communication was excellent and we enjoyed the town and all of the recommendations provided by our host. It is easy to fall in love with Beaumont-en-Auge and Normandy.

Beautiful home in the most stunning town

Beaumont en Auge is so beautiful. It's like something out of a movie! Cafes, restaurants, a chocolate shop, pretty tabac, brocante shops etc. We loved wandering down the breathtaking high street for our daily pain au chocolat from le tabac! We visited the nearby lake which was amazing for swimming. The kids loved the inflatable assault course! And also the nearby beach at Villers Sur Mer for a delicious dinner and post dinner sea swim one eve. The property itself is so tastefully decorated, has everything you need, is super clean and is 1 minute walk to the little town centre. The welcome basket was so generous and the communication with the owner was so friendly and lovely! Would 1 million percent recommend!

Great experience. We showed up very late and were able to get into the location. Was a little bit of an adventure to find key but that was due to me being tired and not reading all the directions prior to arrival. Quant little village with a couple coffee shops and other misc shops. One thing to note is this is three floors with two sets of stairs. For those not familiar with these type homes, this may surprise you. Host was great at communication in both French and English. Home is clean, beds are comfortable, Sauna is a nice plus. Linens and towels were cozy. Suggest doing some food/drink shopping in one of larger towns before arriving if you want food here as the local store was closed even tho hours indicated it was open. 7km hiking path nearby. On our stay, we discovered a couple concerts that seem to fit nicely with the small charming town. I didn’t take photos but the unit was good size and comfy for the three of us. Kitchen is nice size with options to cook any meal. Laundry includes washer and we had to get a little creative with hanging laundry to dry. We may have missed a clothes drying rack someplace. Overall great experience. Would be a nice hidden getaway for two!

Un week-end parfait dans un cadre idéal. La maison est mieux que sur les photos. Les attentions a l'arrivée, la propreté, la décoration, le village...vraiment on coche toutes les cases pour ce format. Merci Christine pour ce que vous avez crée et l'énergie que vous mettez afin de proposer ce type de bien. On a adoré.

Einfach nur wunderschön. Bezauberndes Dorf. 10 Minuten zum Meer. Haus mit sehr viel Liebe renoviert und eingerichtet.Tolle Vermieter mit Willkommenspaket.Kleines Manko, leider kein Garten. Aber im Dorf perfekte Aussicht mit RuhebankSehr zu empfehlen!

Tout était parfait

Logement fonctionnel, bien équipé, propre, confortable et décoré avec goût. Loin de l'agitation du bord de mer nous étions suffisamment proche pour nous rendre à Honfleur, Deauville, Trouville et Cabourg. Il y a beaucoup d'autres choses à voir dans les terres. Il est facile de se garer à proximité du logement. Quelques restaurants/bars et une supérette qui fait tabac, épicerie, boulangerie pâtisserie proches du logement. Notre hôte était très sympathique et vous pourrez avoir toutes les informations sur la région si vous le souhaitez.

Un super séjour à la Beaumontine !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Christine et son mari dans cette jolie maison où nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Elle est bien équipée et cosy, parfaite pour une famille de 4 ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
