About this property
Le gîte des Toussillards
Self-catering accommodation South East of Lyon, ideally located in the Plain of Lyon, near St Exupery Airport, Eurexpo and the department of Isere. Perfect for business travellers or tourists exploring the city of Lyon. Easily accessed, main roads nearby. Large renovated house including both 2 other lodgings rented by the year (upstairs) & 1 adjoining gîte for 5 people (2 bedrooms). Gîte for 6 people, on 3 levels, light, comfortable & well equipped. Ground floor : small covered area before entering, living room (kitchen & dining areas, lounge area with single sofa bed & large screen TV). WC (washbasin). 1st floor : 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room including WC. 2nd floor : 2 bedrooms (2 single beds) (1 single bed). Bed linen & towels supplied at no extra charge. Cot & high chair on request. Outdoors : small terrace with barbecue at the back, large shared and enclosed courtyard (gate) with parking for 2-3 cars. The 2 gîtes can be booked jointly for family gathering (11 people).
