Small detached house on same property as owner's home, at the heart of an extensive, fenced garden with trees. Ideally located, between town and country, close to the city of Lyon and public transport. Accommodation all on 1 level, light & airy interior (wide picture windows) with modern decoration & glowing colours, eco-friendly materials. Accessed via raised terrace (3 steps). Open plan living room (lounge area, dining area, small kitchen area). Small hall. 2 bedrooms (double bed), (2 single beds). Shower room. WC. Washing machine/tumble dryer available in laundry room shared with owner. Outdoors: terrace (wooden deck) without opposite neighbours shaded by a lovely plane tree (garden furniture, deck chairs), private gravelled courtyard, shared garden (cats & dog on-site). Parking on property (owner side), separate pedestrian access (small gate). For business trips the accommodation can be booked for 2 people only.
