Please come enjoy our Modern Boho Farmhouse 1/2 block from a large gorgeous park in a quintessential neighborhood in our completely remodeled home. Just the 2 of us have redone every surface of this house to create an awesome space for your family and friends to enjoy Toledo in our family neighborhood. Take a walk under the shade of our large old trees. Enjoy a bonfire in the backyard. Grill out. Relax in your king size bed while the littles enjoy their own space upstairs.

Glad you enjoyed it sooo much. I wish we could have had a better experience together. I really enjoy hosting, but I do require adequate communication and observance of house rules. I am so enjoying on top of all the stress now cleaning up the purple vomit all over my guest room and excessive filth in general.

The host were great!!!Very spacious for 8. Very clean and well kept. Great location for food and shopping. Fully equipped home away from home. Lots of games and things to do for the kids.

Thank you Mindy! Thank you for leaving the house in such great condition except for the weed smell. That is not terribly welcoming for our next guests, and I assume most hosts don't appreciate it. It could cost them a whole reservation, especially when of bunch of kids are coming! Thankfully it was in the high 40s and I could air my house out enough! Otherwise, great guests!

This place was just perfect! Plenty of space for the 4 adults and 2 kids. Melissa did an amazing job making sure we had everything we needed for our stay especially for my grandchildren age 5yrs and 3months. Will for sure book again when we are in town.

Everything was wonderful! I love the decor, the location.. the checkin process was incredibly simple, host was readily available for the (one) question I had. The labels were an incredible help. Perfect for us!

Clean, tidy, and nice decor in the house with very comfortable sleeping accommodations. The kitchen was well equipped. We would have liked comfortable chairs for sitting around tables and a railing on the front stairs but made it work. Very nice home all inn all!

Thank you so much Ellen, if anyone needs a railing they may use the side door for now, but we do plan to do one when we do the new cover for the front. Also, it is a bummer that this house does not have a formal dining room. Hopefully you were able to use the easy fold out table and cane backed chairs that are stored under it, it's quite a cool set up. The coffee table that is also a bench can be used for extra seating. We are renovating the cutest craftsman house in this same neighborhood that will have a large formal dining and is also a 4 bedroom 2 full bathroom. I know those are harder to find. Hopefully you can stay there for your next visit.

4 Bedrooms - Quiet Neighborhood near Univ. Toledo

Relaxing stay with a fire ring out back. 4 bedrooms - perfect for our 4 person group. Saturday night, we hit the nearby Funny Bone - great show. Overall, a nice stay in a well kept property in a quiet neighborhood. Great for 4 friends hanging out for a weekend. Host was very attentive - but, we didn't need anything. Everything was already good.

Great stay in the Toledo area!!

This was one of the best places that we have every stayed through VRBO. Our party had 4 adults and 2 children and everyone had plenty of room, and then some. The property was exactly as described, clean, and felt very much like a home. The neighborhood felt safe. The hosts are great and we couldn't ask for better communication. They have clearly put a great deal of time and energy into the property and it was well beyond our expectations. We will be looking to stay at this property again when we travel to the Toledo area to visit family in the future.

Better than pictured

A picture is worth a million words, except when it comes to short-term rentals! This home exceeded my expectations. It's everything you'd want in a West Toledo bungalow. Esp if you have young children... There's a whole basement full of recent hand-me-downs waiting to be loved on. Or a girls weekend - everyone gets their own bed!

A delightful, cozy place to stay

We stayed at this home for a weekend with 2 adults and 2 children. We found the place to be perfect for our family of four and could have comfortably slept 2-4 more people in the house. The house has been tastefully decorated, instructions throughout the house are super clear and easy to follow, and the beds are amazingly comfortable. There were toys and games thoughtfully provided for entertaining the kids as well. Communication with the host was a breeze and we found them to be very accommodating. Overall, we had a fantastic visit and would absolutely recommend this property to others visiting the Toledo area!

Wonderful stay!

Our family got together for Thanksgiving. This location worked out well for all the things we wanted to see. The interior was in beautiful condition. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. They are near a park, which our grandson loved. The Hostess were very pleasant.
