2 houses for 14 people, seaside

In the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, along the GR34 trail, Armelle and I look forward to welcoming you to our two homes, ideally located just 50 metres from Penvern Beach. Accommodation: These two houses are on the same property, perfect for groups of family or friends who want to stay together while maintaining their privacy

The cottage (sleeps 6) has a private entrance and is laid out as follows:
- an enclosed garden with a covered patio, all facing due south,
- on the ground floor: 1 living area with a living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen; 1 bedroom for 2 people (140 cm bed), 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 separate toilet,
- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (140 beds), a small living room with a magnificent ocean view.

The stone house is laid out as follows:
a fenced-in south-facing garden, -
- Ground floor: 1 open-plan living area of 50 m² with living room, kitchen, and dining room; 1 bathroom with toilet, - Upstairs: landing (reading and play area), 3 bedrooms (3 140 beds, 2 90 beds, including 1 on a mezzanine), bathroom with toilet.
Sheets provided for stays of 7 nights or more.
Bed linens available at an additional charge for stays of 2 to 6 nights: 15 euros/bed
Towels available at an additional charge of 5 euros/person. Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning: 90 euros/stay.
