Sejour de 15jours en Aout

Je tiens à exprimer mon avis concernant la location de l'appartement de vacances que j'ai occupé pendant 15 jours. L appartement est spacieux lumieux pres de la plage neanmoins a l arrivé meme pas prevu un minimum pour debuter directe on doit aller faire les courses. Avis mitigé concernant l équipements de l appart lave vaiselle et lave linge défectueux l eau s ecoule donc inutilisable soit disant verifier finalement il s est averé que le tuyeau etait mal positionné La clim pas assez puissante pour rafraichir l ensemble des pieces seulement le salon aucun ressentit dans les chambres nuits inconfortables par grosse chaleur en sus il etait de notre responsabilité de vidé 3 a 4 fois par jour le seau d evacuation de la clim si oubli l eau deborde et vous etes bon pour eponger !c est tres contraignant pour des vacanciers , malgré cela un matin de grosses flaques d eau dans le salon le proprietaire avisé a proposé l envoi d un reparateur mais nous etions en fin sejour et j aurais preferé une verification avant mon arrivé dans l appart en vacance pas de temps a consacé pour recevoir un technicien. L 'appart etant au pied des restaurants de Carnon sur la terrasse vous avez toutes les odeurs de nourritures qui remontent poissons grillé, viande c est désagreable et si vous fermé la loggia c est un four suite a moteur de la clim L appartement n a pas été du tous a la hauteur de mes attentes . Au vu de tous cela aucun geste commercial de la part du proprio meme pas ménage offert.
