Modern apartment, completely renovated.
On the seafront with view on the street side, square access by private entrance.
1 private parking space in front of the building.
Housing located on the 1st floor without elevators.
Interior composition:
Entrance with cupboard, bathroom equipped with WC and Italian shower, 1 bedroom with storage and a double bed. 1 living room, kitchen with 2 seater sofa bed, new fitted kitchen, cellar with washing machine vacuum cleaner, ironing board and drying rack.
An 8m2 balcony with furniture.
Accommodation rented with towels for 4 people (not usable for the beach), kitchen equipped with dishes, supply of 5 dishwasher tablets, 5 doses of detergent, coffee and tea for the arrival also provided.
Nearby activities: nearby harbor, convenience store down the street, market place 2 steps away.
Ticket machine, post office and municipal police at 400m.
