"Studio sur la Neste" in downtown Arreau

The "Studio sur la Neste" (33 m²) is located on the ground floor of a building in the historic centre of Arreau.<br>You can enjoy breakfast on the apartment’s terrace overlooking the Neste River—pure bliss for nature lovers.<br><br>To round out this idyllic setting, you’ll be close to all the services and shops you might need: bakery, butcher, newsstand, doctor, pharmacy, bank, town hall, tourist office, post office, restaurants, dry cleaner…<br><br>The studio has all the basic amenities you need to feel right at home:<br>- a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) with a fridge and freezer<br><br>- a bathroom with a shower. It has heating (a button on the side turns it on) as well as a space heater.<br><br>- a bedroom with a 140-cm bed and closets <br><br>A living room with a sleeper sofa (seats 2), a TV, and Wi-Fi<br><br>- a washing machine (in the bathroom) with a drying rack and clothespins<br><br>- all necessary appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave)<br><br>- assorted dishes and cutlery<br><br>- basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, cleaning supplies, tea, coffee…)<br><br>- a hallway with a table that can be set up as a work area if needed. The bathrooms are located in the hallway. A space heater is provided to heat them if needed.<br><br>- a patio with a table and 2 chairs.<br><br>The heating system is electric. A convector heater is located in the main room; it can be adjusted by turning the dial.<br><br>Because holidays are sacred, we handle the cleaning (so we ask for an additional fee of €40 for stays of 3 nights or more and an additional fee of €20 for stays of 1 to 2 nights).<br><br>We can provide baby essentials (travel cot, high chair). Just let us know if you need them.<br><br>You’ll find the “house manual” and brochures in the studio to help you plan your activities. This manual is available in French, English, and Spanish.<br><br>The post office car park is located about 50 metres from the building’s entrance. You may park right outside the building to load and unload your luggage.<br><br>Please note that the apartment is non-smoking, except on the terrace.<br><br>The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building (no lift).<br><br>Games are available for you to enjoy in the evenings. <br><br>A first-aid kit is available in the bathroom.
