Rapport qualité prix médiocre : l'appartement est pour le moins vieillissant . 1er point : Au vu de la répartition et de l'agencement des espaces, 6 couchages ne veux pas dire une capacité de 6 personnes d'autant que le canapé mériterait largement d'être remplacéQuelques pistes d'amélioration : Mettre un rideau occultant dans la chambre , changer le clic clac , changer la plaque électrique tellement usée que l'on ne voit plus les graduations sur les boutons de commande, le plastique du mobilier de terrasse est tellement usé qu'il est incrusté de poussière. Un jeu de couteau qui coupent serait aussi le bienvenue. D'autre part un tancarville permettrait un confort accru.
