Bedroom 1: King bed with 32" TV. New mattress with all new bedding. Sliding doors lead to back patio. Large closet with mirrored doors; and ceiling fan.
Master bathroom: Dual sink. Large shower with double shower heads and seat. Also includes another large mirrored closet.

Bedroom 2: King bed (converts to 2 twins if needed) with 32" TV. New mattresses with all new bedding. Large mirrored closet; and ceiling fan.
Bathroom 2: Spacious single vanity with large walk in shower with seat.

Other amenities include 2 car garage, full size washer and dryer, ironing board, 2 hairdryers and beach towels for enjoying any of the 44 communal pools or the clubhouse pool.

Palm Valley Country Club is a short drive to Rancho Mirage and La Quinta. El Paseo, with its beautiful shops and excellent restaurants, is just a 10 minute drive away. Highly recommend

Property is excellent and has everything you need besides groceries. Grocery stores are close and easy to get to. Great amenities, bed linens and towels are new/like new. Didn’t have to worry about anything other than enjoying our vacation.

Why they chose this property

We have visited several communities in Palm Desert and fell in love with 😍 Palm Valley. The people are so friendly, the golf is superb and the club house offers dining and bar area open to owners and renters. We love the small community pool as well as the large main pool where you can enjoy food and drinks poolside.

What makes this property unique

We love the light airy feeling of our unit. The idea of grilling and entertaining in the courtyard or relaxing on the back patio as golfers play just steps away. At the end of the day, the relaxation you will get from our unit in Palm Valley Country Club is just what the Dr. calls for.
