Appartement vétuste. Salle de bain avec très peu d ‘éclairage, rideau de douche à changer. Chambres : 2 matelas sur 4 défoncés, le lit bébé cassé, les moquettes des chambres et de l’étage très vétustes et sales. Four de la cuisine très sale, grille pain cassé, batterie de cuisine à revoir. Le point positif : son emplacement et la vue.
