Luxurious Oceanfront Suite - Sleeps 6 - Second Floor - Pool and Sauna!

Summary:

'The Beachelor Pad' is what we call this luxurious oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to six people by way of a king size bed, a queen Murphy and a sleeper sofa, has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. This isn't a hotel room, this is a home! The beach access is literally right out the oceanside window. If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!



The Space:

Unit 214 at the Sea Gypsy is a modern, technology-friendly vacation spot right on the beach in Lincoln City that we call “The Beachelor Pad.”



The second-story condo sleeps up to five adults in two separate sleeping areas. The oceanside suite features a full kitchen, queen bed, full bathroom, and a dining room table that folds and tucks away. The back bedroom features a king bed, a second full bathroom, and flatscreen TV mounted on the wall.



Don’t let the name of our Beachelor Pad confuse you. Because there are two beds, this is a great place for families with kids. An adult (or child) can also sleep on the pullout couch in the oceanside suite.



This condo has been extensively remodeled. Tile floors cover the kitchen, hallway and bathrooms. Ceiling fans have been added in both areas, as well as new lighting. The interior design and decor is very modern.



A dedicated, password-protected Wi-fi connection is available for your use. This is a technology friendly vacation spot.



When it’s all said and done, most of our guests stay here for that long sandy beach below, Mother Nature’s greatest attraction. The Sea Gypsy is adjacent to the D River — the shortest river in the world, according to the Guinness Book of the World Records. Take a 10-minute walk north of Sea Gypsy to some natural tides pools, where you will find wide range of sea life, including sea urchins, star fish and other surprises.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.



This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 16 steps required to access the unit.

Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Comfortable and right on the beach

We were very happy with our stay. The view is amazing and great beach access. The pool was nice, the laundry was easy to use. We didn't spend much time at the condo because there is so much adventuring to do when at the coast!

Ok for a night

Photos are a bit more polished than it appears in reality. The floors were sticky and that just made us feel a bit uneasy with the cleanliness. The room had all that we needed and bathrooms seemed clean.

We enjoyed our condo! It had a lot of things you need for cooking! The only thing we would have changed would be having AC. Other than that, it’s a great location!

Thanksgiving Trip

My parents and I spent Thanksgiving at The Beachelor Pad this year and it was a very nice getaway for the three of us. We spent many hours watching the surf and just relaxing and enjoying ourselves. We marveled at how quiet the room was when the windows were shut as well. It was a great experience and we most likely will be returning.

Fantastic set-up with murphy bed & rollaway & 2 bathrooms! Great value. Kitchen is well appointed, wifi was good, good in-condo instructions. Lighting is a little poor and furniture is showing wear. The view is unparalleled ad the location couldn't be better!

We had a nice time. It was a bit small, one bed was broken, we could not put it up. So out space was limited. If you do stay bring your own plastic wrap, foil, Ziploc bags/storage containers. It has amazing view. We would stay again.

The Beachelor Pad is a Girls Best Friend

Our weekend in Lincoln City was epic! The Beachelor Pad was the perfect accommodation for us. We each had our own bed. The 3 of us lounged on the pullout couch and watched a chic flick. It was clean, warm, spacious and 2 bathrooms for 3 women is a dream come true. We loved the digital locks on the doors. We would definitely stay in the Beachelor Pad again.

Girls Weekend

The Beachelor Pad was perfect for a girls weekend. The view was amazing and it was a very quiet location. We didn't cook at all but the kitchen was stocked with the necessities we needed (bottle opener and wine glasses) :) I will definitely keep this as a "favorite" and plan to rent it again in the future!

Good Location for a Getaway

The location right on the beach was most appreciated, but the pad is on the second floor next to the stairs, so there was some noise. The bathrooms and kitchen are nicely appointed and there is plenty of kitchen ware. However, the carpeting is very badly stained and there were no good reading lamps in either main room. If we returned we would ask for a condo away from the stairs.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay, could not ask for a better location. We were there for the Kite Festival, and you could see the entire thing from the window. It was perfect for our family since we had a baby that needed to nap during the day, we were still able to see everything while he slept. Comfortable beds, very clean condo, had all the kitchen items we could possibly need, nice pool, lots of parking. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the condo which was really nice with our little ones, we put them to bed and hung out watching TV without having to worry about the noise. The host was prompt with communications, and we had everything we needed to make our stay great. Thank you so much!

Labor day's get away

Nice property, nice view, comfy bed plenty spaces for up to 6 peoples. The only thing is the Carpet was not really cleaned. maybe needs some deep cleaning in the near future. Toilet also small if you big probably won't fit just my 2 cents. other than those items I would recommend ohh only a few step away from the sandy beach.

The Bachelor Pad of Lincoln City

My 21 year old daughter and I just returned to New York from a 5 week stay in Lincoln City Oregon. Our plan was to explore the Oregon coast and some of Washington state as well as Northern California. Our home base was The Beachelor Pad which is located at the Sea Gypsy in Lincoln City, OR. It was just perfect for us. The Beachelor Pad unit boasts a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean from your living room window. The unit is very comfortable and well kept. It has a very well stocked kitchen! Everything we needed to cook all of our meals- in fact we only ate out a few times. The Sea Gypsy also has 2 BBQ Grills and a great laundry onsite. The indoor pool and sauna was a welcome addition on chilly days. With a large living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and a separate bedroom my daughter and I had plenty of room to spread out. There is also a murphy bed and pull out couch in the living room. Lincoln City is a great seaside town and a great base of operation in a central part of Oregon to explore the whole Oregon coast. We loved everything about our stay- highly recommend Lincoln City, the Sea gypsy and especially The Beachelor Pad!

We loved the Bachelor Pad. There was everything we could have needed or wanted in this condo. The views are amazing! It was clean and very comfortable. We loved the easy beach access. There are a few minor maintenance issues that you might address. The master bathtub doesn't drain so we used the other shower which was great. However that bathroom toilet ran off and on during our stay. Oh, another plus was the price. We go the beach often so will definitely visit here again!!

Beachelor pad

View was amazing. It's obvious the condo has been renovated and new furnishings have been added. There were a few issues: 1. The hallway bathroom needs some TLC. The sink won't drain properly, the fan sounds like it's going to explode and the rail that holds the bathroom curtain is bedding forwards looking like it's going to fall. 2. When someone is in the bedroom they can hear everything going on in the living room. Makes napping for infant babies really difficult. 3. The whole check in time being 4:00 and out being 11 is a little ridiculous. Do you really need five hours to turn a room. I've never had to wait so long to check into a room. It was very cumbersome our first day on the coast with a little one. I think 2:00 check in with 11 out would much more fair. Felt like our vacation time was being stolen. 4. The fridge froze everything. It ruined a dinner we had planned to eat in. Frozen hummus and bell pepper and beer and prepared Schechuan noodles we brought from home . Other then these things the condo was great.

A few items were not really clean: The coffee pot had burnt coffee in the bottom. The kitchen floor was sticky. For a unit that sleeps 6, there was only 3 coffee mugs and not enough glasses. Otherwise, we had a nice stay and would recommend it.

Could have been much better

Well...the view and access to the beach was wonderful as advertised. We made the living accommodations work although we had some issues with the room. The major issue was the Murphy bed which could not be put up. The Sea Gypsy said it was broken and they were waiting for a part. So the bed had to stay down and it blocked access to the kitchen bar which was the place to sit and eat. It would have been nice to be placed in a different room or notified of this inconvenience before booking the room. The bathroom sink was plugged and drained slow. Hello housekeeping…can't you notify maintenance when you cleaned the sink and noticed it was draining slow? You did clean the sink yes? The toilet has a slow leak and would come on occasionally to fill the tank, a minor issue. The refrigerator seemed to want to freeze our food and drinks at even the lower levels. No dishwasher? How clean are those dishes I'm eating off? The condo could really use a deep clean. How long has that cracker been under that coffee table? It obviously was not moved when cleaning. With just a little more attention to details and this could have been a much better stay for us and also a higher rating for the owner.

Great space

We absolutely love everything this location has. For us it's the perfect place to bring our family to relax and vacation. The access to the beach is one of my favorite things since I have small children.location makes it so easy to enjoy the water/sand and be able to get back to our room fast. Having two full size bathrooms in our room is very convenient. Each room we have stayed has great options for sleeping. Full kitchen let's us stay in some night's and cook, or even go down and use one of the gas grills they have. Another reason we love staying here is the pool. Kid's as well as us love being able to enjoy swimming in a full size pool. Overall this place has become our favorite for vacationing in Lincoln City. From location to amenities this is definitely the best. We have already booked our next stay and excited to come back.
