Private deck on Playa Los Venados

You cant get closer to the ocean than this!
Fully equipped ocean front Condo located just 10 minutes south of town giving you a quiet place to decompress on your own private oceanfront deck.
Just a few short steps from the deck and you are on Los Venados beach. Whale watching is common December - March.
These is no better place to watch the famous Puerto Vallarta sunsets than from your own private deck while enjoying the peace and quiet with the sound of the ocean waves.
Los Venados beach is a rocky beach (No Vendors) with an incredible sunset view. A few steps to the south is a sandy beach with a protected lagoon offering fun safe swimming for the who family without fear of an undertow.
The rocky outcrops offer some of the best fishing from shore in the bay, be sure to bring your fishing rod
The fully furnished condo boasts two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI and a wonderful ocean front deck to relax on for an undisturbed view of the ocean & bay.
The sunsets form the deck are incredible!
The condo has access to an unbeatable sunbathing deck overlooking the ocean and a small private community pool to relax in.

While many of the distances to the local fun and hot spots may be really close. We would advise avoiding bicycles between the condo and town along the main (and only) road Coastal Rt. 200. It is winding, has no safe shoulders for bicycles and just isn't worth it. Taxis and Ubers are plentiful and inexpensive.
There are plenty of organizations and places around the bay for safe biking. Utilizing the bus is another great fun option and there is a bus stop next door to the condo. Utilizing the public transportation lets you relax and avoids trying to find a parking spot, saves you money and you can safely enjoy that second Margarita!

The most important thing to remember about the Solamar complex is that it is a residential building and disturbances are NOT taken lightly. The other residents of this building work hard to maintain a beautiful quiet location to enjoy the views and the beautiful weather, please help continue the tradition.
There are lots of places in Puerto Vallarta to Party all night and let it go, Solamar is not one of them.

The building is a gated community and for every one's safety, the complex maintains a 24-hour security officer as well as CC monitoring public areas and complex and building entrances.

Be aware that ALL beaches in Mexico are public, and while the rocky shoreline in front of the complex inhibits the vendors, you will see locals fishing or diving in front of the unit.

Excellent family spring break

This condo was a very comfortable and well-equipped place for our family of four to stay for spring break. Puerto Vallarta and the highway along the condo are very busy, and this was a very quiet and comfortable reprieve from the hub bub. Our favorite activity was sitting on the patio and watching the beautiful sunset each evening.

Best location!

From initial booking and communication with owner to check out, nothing could have gone more smoothly! The condo was well equipped to make relaxing hassle-free. Loved the privacy of the balcony for morning coffee, watching the day start with the ocean life entertaining and ending the day falling to sleep with the sound of the ocean thru the upstairs panoramic bedroom window. Can't wait to return!

Amazing place right on the ocean!

Spent a week here at New Years 23/24 and the pictures don’t even do it justice as it was even better then it looked on pictures! Was perfect for my family of 5 (3 teens). The condo is well equipped with anything you could need. Bus stop and taxi stand next door are extremely convenient to go anywhere with ease. The view from any window and sound of the ocean would never get old. The owner was extremely easy to deal with in every way and we would love to spend time here again

A great stay!

My husband and I stayed for a month and absolutely loved this rental. Check in was seamless, unit is clean, well stocked, kitchen has everything you need to cook plus a great bbq on the deck. Beds super comfy and it was so special to be this close to the ocean. Nothing like falling asleep to the ocean waves. The deck sits literally over the water. We enjoyed coffee in the morning, watching the birds and whales, and then at night, after adventures in PV, returning to the amazing sunsets. The bus stops right outside the building, so very easy to take the local bus into town (about a 10 minute ride). The pool was never busy- and very relaxing. The beach just to the left of the deck is a bit of a lagoon, and really nice to swim in. We enjoyed swimming laps and snorkelling in the warm waters. My husband used the paddle board and explored the shore lines. The staff at the condo unit and the owners, Michael & Karen were friendly and very helpful. If you enjoy a peaceful place to stay a short ride away from downtown PV, you can’t go wrong staying here. We’ll be back for sure!

A Slice Of Paridise

We spent about 2 weeks here and did not want to leave. The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. The owners were in constant contact and check in was so easy. The unit is fully stocked with everything you could want. Beautiful kitchen. Balcony was wonderful. We saw two whales while sitting out there sipping our coffee.The beds were super comfortable and the unit is very clean. There is a small gift shop/grocery store next door where you can get supplies and also a restaurant and bar in case you don't want to go into town. Taxi stand is also right next door as is the bus stop.There are TV"s but we could not take our eyes off the views. We spent most of the time watching boats, looking for whales or reading. if we weren't in town shopping or eating at the many places in PV. Can't wait to come back here. Being local, Karen knows the south shore is the perfect mix of quiet escape from the hustle of town, but a short 3 miles by Taxi to the Malecon and all that Vallarta has to offer.
We have children, and the ability to let them play in the sheltered lagoon, enjoy the activities locally and enjoy sunsets from the private deck are what will make you come back again.
