This was our first experience with a Vrbo reservation as we had always used a competing vacation rental for our trips in the past. Our experience with our Vrbo rental and host we superb from booking through checkout, our host patiently helped us though extending our stay and made checking in a breeze and even checked in during our stay of there was anything additional we needed. The rental itself was immaculately clean, well decorated to have cozy spaces (loved the balcony), and waswell stocked with thoughtful entertainment packages, gaming consoles, as well as personal & pantry items we have not seen in many rentals. We are excited to book again next time we are in the Phoenix area.

Dustin was a great host. He got right back to us when we had questions. He was very flexible with checking/ out. The property is also a 5 minute walk to convention center.
