Très bon emplacement
L'annonce est conforme à la réalité. Il manque cependant ...... un détail : la très petite chambre n'a pas de fenêtre, mais une porte avec un oculus donnant sur le séjour, et il faut passer par cette chambre pour accéder à la cuisine !J'étais seule, donc ce n'était pas un problème, mais à plusieurs.... Je pense donc qu'en raison de ce défaut, le montant demandé est trop important. Sinon, tout est bien : située en hauteur la maison offre une vue absolument superbe sur la vallée et les montagnes au loin (pas très loin). La cuisine et la salle de bain, modernes sont bien équipées. Le salon est grand et très clair car exposé au sud comme la cuisine. Le balcon des voisins de l'étage permet au soleil de ne pas entrer directement dans la maison, ce qui lui confère une certaine fraîcheur très agréable en plein été. On peut déjeuner dehors soit sur la terrasse, sous le balcon, soit dans le jardin devant. Les arbres du voisin d'à côté offrent une ombre bien agréable lorsqu'il fait chaud. On demande un avis pour le gérant immobilier : je suis venue par Abritel qui se graisse bien au passage !
