Equipment: Oven, coffee maker, garden furniture, electric hob.

The accommodation is completed by a pleasant balcony overlooking the interior courtyard of the building. This one will seduce you with its brightness and its ideal location, at the foot of the beach and local shops. It will be the ideal home for a couple's stay, but can also accommodate a young child.

Television is not included in the accommodation.

Sheets are not included in the accommodation but can be provided for an additional charge of €10.00 to €22.00 per set depending on the dimensions of the bedding.
Bath towels are not included in the accommodation and cannot be provided.

Animals are not allowed.

Cleaning fees are included in the room rate.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €750.00 (paid by bank imprint, not debited from your account). The payment of your tourist tax will also need to be regularized.
