Once left the car, you have access on foot to all the points of interest of the seaside resort: the sea and the beach at 300m, the quays and the town center at less than 500m. To be enjoyed without moderation!!!

la proximité de la ville et des arènes .
l'état des lieus, devrait se faire en présence du locataire pour l'arriver et le départ. Pour la caution, trop de délai après le rendu des clés, sans confirmation de la prise en compte ou non de cette caution

Logement agréable bien placé avec quelques manquements
Emplacement au top (proche de tout), calme (relatif par rapport à la saison), le parking associé au logement, la literie
Remarques suivantes en comparaison au logement des années précédentes le California et aussi de nos nombreux séjours en mobilhome (bien mieux agencé et accessoirisé dans un espace réduit).
- Équipement de la cuisine notamment le matériel pour cuisiner (surpris de ne pas pouvoir vraiment cuisiner en l’absence de matériel indispensable : casseroles plus grandes, passoire, couteau pain, tire-bouchon correct…) c’est minimaliste si 4 personnes.
- manque rangement dans le salon
- manque une table de nuit dans la chambre (obligé de prendre une chaise pour faire office de table de nuit).

Bonnes vacances à 3 personnes (1 adulte et 2 enfants)
J'ai apprécié mon expérience client avec l'agence, la ville du Grau du Roi, la situation idéale de l'appartement (tout faire à pied) et la place de parking
Wifi, climatisation, quelques accessoires de cuisine supplémentaire (passoire, saladier)
