Location was excellent, very close to Christy’s ski rental and super bee lift. Property Mgr Spencer was good, always answered ph calls. Issues: WiFi did not work for 2 days, was not given unit WiFi. Was given the bldg unsecure WiFi router and pw. Coverage was poor. Sofa bed was broken, missing 12 springs for the webbing. It was patched. It broke again. Needs to be replaced. Insufficient silverware.Common bathroom, only a trickle of water at the sink. Also a leak somewhere, floor constantly wet. Master bedroom tv not opeational

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Paul, we regret to hear that we were unable to provide you with a pleasant stay. Please know that your feedback is essential, and we have passed your comments along to our local manager, who will work with the homeowner to make any updates. At this time, we have updated the furnishings and a new coffee maker has been added. We truly hope to have the opportunity to impress you in the future.
Location, location, location for proximity to the Super B Lift! It’s just a short walk to the lift for skiing! It’s also a short walk to the bus system so a winner location for activities. The unit was clean. My needs include a good mattress ( master was great) and decent kitchen utensils, esp for COVID staying in. The only shortcoming in the kitchen was a lack of spoons....they seemed to have walked off & the contact seemed to think they were in a neighboring condo. We also walked back for lunch which was a covid plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Probably the worst place I’ve stayed at. The instructions were all wrong. Garage door never opened with the code. The wifi username password was wrong. We got no help from property managers to fix the issue. The kitchen was bare with one spoon and barely any utensils to cook with. The bathtubs clogged each time we took a shower. Instructions about the parking permit were unclear (no pen on the property to fill out the departure date either). Would not recommend.
The property has a lot of room and we enjoyed having the extra Murphy twin bed in one of the rooms. The kitchen had what we needed for the most part. The bathrooms were functional, water was hot, water pressure was good, ice maker in the fridge worked, kitchen table had a lot of space, living room chairs were comfy, and the TV in the family room was a nice size. The downsides were that the WiFi was very spotty and we couldn't use it with our devices without it dropping periodically. The hot tub was not warm enough. The garage code didn't work when we arrived and we just ended up just parking in an outside space. The drain in the master shower was slow to drain. We enjoyed being so close to the Superbee lift and having two rooms with two bathrooms. I tried chatting with the customer support on a couple of these issues, but it was clearly a bot through Vacasa and couldn't help us.

Karen, thank you for being our guest and sharing your experience! We're so pleased you enjoyed the spaciousness of our home and found the kitchen well-appointed. It's also great to know you enjoyed being close to the Superbee lift. That said, we apologize for the areas you felt could use some TLC. Our local manager assured us that the garage remote has been fixed and the drain professionally cleaned. As the Internet provider is new to the area, they are working out some kinks, and we apologize for any frustration this may have caused. We hope you will allow us the chance to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.

A condo that is old and rundown
This property was such a bad experience. We drove 11 hours to stay here. Our condo was NOT ready for us.
A garage remote was NEVER provided to us, even after 6+ phone calls to Vacasa, as well as the property manager who just made excuses. Not having a garage remote was incredibly inconvenient. (The property agreement threatens to charge us $100 for an unreturned garage remote. ) The entrance security gate was broken and left open.
Kitchen is way under stocked. I expect salt and pepper or useful cooking tools. We had to go buy a heat resistant spatula so we could cook eggs. But threw the eggs out after the pan shed it’s metal into the food. All cooking tools are cheap and not very functional.
Metal pans shed black Teflon into food.
No blankets or bedspreads on either bed!
Four rolls of toilet paper to last us 7 days.
Master bathtub does NOT drain while showering. Gross.
The sliding glass on the guest shower fell out WHILE I was in the shower. Luckily I caught it before it landed on my foot. It was repaired TWO days later.
Guest bathroom sink water trickles slowly.
NO dishwasher soap provided.
No pillowcases on guest bed pillows.
Repairman came to fix shower door while we were out and LEFT FRONT DOOR WIDE OPEN! Luckily our bikes weren’t stolen.
I needed dishwasher soap since none was provided, but getting help from Vacasa on the phone had “longer than usual wait times”. I just went to the store instead and bought TP, dishwasher soap and Kleenex.
We will never use this vacation company again.

Great location, comfortable mattress and good shower head made my stay. Unfortunately hot tub closed.
This was our first time staying at this condo but have been to Copper Mountain many times. This was one of the largest condos we have had for the money and it was very close to the lift and to the restaurant. It's on the first floor so you walk right into the building and you're at your room. It is an older complex but our unit was well maintained. We did have something break but they fixed it very quickly. There is an inside heated garage that is literally right across the hallway. Hot tub was right down the hall and big enough for lots of people. Beds were really comfortable and there were lots of blankets and pillows. The kitchen was very well supplied and had newer appliances. Overall we thought this was one of the best places we have stayed and that is probably over more than a dozen different ones at Copper. We would definitely book agan!
The place was really clean and nice. The ski lift is across the street. All is in waking distance. Restaurants, ski rental, coffee shop. The garage was really nice to have also. Highly recommended!!!
We loved the location and the first floor is great. It is an older unit so understand things are quite 'retro', but clean and functional.
Very responsive to any questions we had. They helped when we got snowed in an extra day as well. Recommend and would stay here again.
