Close walk to Center and East village, comfy beds, relaxing living room, great kitchen for preparing meals, under ground parking, the pool is amazing, it was as hot as a hot tub!

Great ski condo

Condo was great! Clean. Walkable distance to lift and dining. Only complaint- sauna and pool were both out of service during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay! Overall everything was as advertised! One of the showers didn’t drain very well, but that was a minor issue. It was clean, warm, and perfect size for 4. Heated pool was a nice touch!

Weekend Getaway for Wedding

First of all, the view from the porch is gorgeous, and second, the entire condo was immaculate when we arrived! The photos listed for the property are accurate as to what it looks like in person and are not outdated.

Spring Break

The location of this property is great, short safe walk to restaurants and activities like tubing. In addition the quick walk in the AM to the Pitchfork Lift made for easy access to the Supebee lift makes the location almost ‘ski-out’. We were able to ski directly back to the condo at the end of the day, making for convenient ‘ski-in’. The condo has great updates and was very clean and comfortable for our family spring break trip.

Very good property! Toughest part was a 100-yard walk (30-feet of elevation gain) to get to a double chair to get your day started. On the flip side, at the end of the day, you can ski to the parking lot which is very convenient.

Great location, updated clean condo

Very nice updated and clean condo. Worked well for our family of five. The queen size bunk beds were great. Kitchen was well stocked. Check-in and checkout were a breeze. Great location near the bottom of the green acres area. Short uphill walk to get to the bunny hill lift and then ski down to super bee. Can then ski directly to the condo at the end of the day. Wish there was a hot tub, but otherwise awesome. Would stay here again. Thanks!

The condo was perfect for our family to stay and ski over the holiday weekend. The set up was great for everyone to have their own space and still room to spend time together in the living room. The kitchen worked great to warm up premade meals. Overall a great experience.

Beautiful Condo; great location

This condo is beautiful! It was more than comfortable for 5 of us on our ski trip. The flexibility of having 2 bathrooms was really nice! I loved the location of this condo. It was a quick walk to the center of the base for restaurants. And a super short walk to the Green Acre, beginner lift, from which we easily skied to the Super Bee lift to start our day. The communication was amazing - I had a lot of questions and always got super quick responses! Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful condo, great location

This condo is beautiful, and very comfortably fit 5 of us on a ski trip. I loved the flexibility of having 2 bathrooms! The location was great - it's just a short walk to restaurants at the center of the base. And for skiing, it's easy to walk to the Green Acres, beginner lift, from which you can easily ski down to Super Bee. The host was super quick to answer all my questions!

OK But Not My Favorite at Copper

Just a few notes on our recent stay (Feb 2022): When first arriving, this is a difficult building to locate even in the daytime. I can't imagine how hard it would have been at night. The check-in instructions need to be much more detailed. On the second night, the power in the kitchen, living room and bathroom went out. The only contact that Evolve offers is for the housekeeper, who replied back to a text at 10:00 and knew that the panel box was behind a mirror. Overall unit layout and furnishing are OK for the price. Owner does need to replace the older Mr Coffee as the filler tube comes off inside the reservoir every time you make coffee. As for location, you must walk across the Green Acres area till you can traverse to Super Bee lift. But on the return, you can ski-in from Skid Road thru Green Acres / Pitchfork lift area. For the best restaurant try Sauce on the Blue in Silverthorne (about 15 minute drive). Excellent Italian. Make a reservation well in advance as they are very popular.

Great Place

This was a spacious property for a two-bedroom! Be aware there is a height limit of 6'6" on underground parking, so we couldn't fit with our roof rack which was loaded with our ski equipment, but the property manager was very responsive and helped us out with outdoor parking. Great place overall!

Absolutely loved the condo! It was updated, well maintained and spacious for me and my friend. The location of the condo couldn’t have been better, the town area of copper mountain was within walking distance, maybe a 5-6 minute walk from restaurants and shops. The check-in process was smooth, but we couldn’t definitely have more instruction on where the condo is located within the building. We had to search for it a bit, only realizing after a period of time that it was behind a closed hallway door. Other than that, fantastic and would definitely recommend to friends!

ski paradise

We loved the property. Well stocked kitchen and the heated pool was so nice, family came over from other complexes to apres ski with us! Manager was very responsive to our needs. The one downside is getting in the first time was confusing, but ski in/out access was a huge plus. Thank you!

Wonderful 'Suburban' Feel

Very neat and cleanly updated, though quality of workmanship is poor. Beautiful view of ten mil range, and faces golf course. Pool is phenomenal for being in Copper, heated to a very comfortable 100/94 winter/summer. TV needs to be replaced desperately, unit needs actual bowls, hot pads, common kitchen items. Otherwise, a very comfortable 900 sqft for 6 people.

Great Ski in Condo with all the necessities!

We had a great time staying at this condo. It was fully equipped with all of the necessities (kitchenware, extra towels, etc) and made for a super self-sufficient stay. We really enjoyed the large balcony for morning coffee/evening apres as well as the shared community heated pool! The guest contact was super responsive and helpful. We will be back.

Great condo right by the lifts

Great condo right by the green acres lift area and just a short walk to the American eagle lift or super bee. Worked great for our family of four, excellent view of east village and the mountains with private patio. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable family room with games. Only downside was the kitchen table, it only fits three.

Loved this place!

Our family of four loved this place. The pool was fun and warm. The ski-in/out component was a treat! The beds, kitchen, and condo as a whole were very comfortable. We left a personal item at the condo when we checked out. As a result, we had to reach out to management, and were very impressed with the customer service. Thank you!

March 2021 Family Ski Trip

Property is in an older complex but the condo was up to date. Location is a short walk (10 min or less) to center village. There is a ski run near the complex so you can ski to it from center village at the end of the day which was nice. Great view from large balcony. Enjoyed watching kids sledding and dogs playing in field that the balcony overlooks at the end of the day. Only complaint is check-in. Condo was not ready at 4:00. Property manager responded to text messages when I inquired about it being ready. Overall, I was happy with the Condo and felt it was a good value.
