My husband Nick and I grew up in the Saratoga area. We currently live in western NY but look forward to returning to Saratoga when we retire. To help with this goal we purchased this home in late winter of 2020...just when the pandemic began! It has been a fun distraction and we love the moments we are able to be there. We also enjoy having others using the home while we are waiting for our time to be there on a more regular basis. We have two grown children that also enjoy spending time in Saratoga. While visiting the city we enjoy hiking in the Adirondacks, walking in the city, enjoying the great food we find at so many of the local restaurants, biking, kayaking and just relaxing at the house in the kitchen or on the patio.
Why they chose this property
This home is located between Broadway and the race track so it is a short walk to either location. There is off street parking for three vehicles which makes it ideal during those busy summer months. Short drive to the Adirondacks for so many hiking trails and Saratoga lake is just around the corner.
