The house was just like the pictures and was such a welcoming home for our girls weekend. Rose was quick to respond to any messages and really leaves everything for you from coffee pods/creamers, tea, and has a basket in the bathroom with a few little toiletries in case you forgot stuff at home. Would definitely rent here again next time I come to Saratoga.

Perfect holiday weekend stay in every way! Impressive 1st floor home rental in heart of Saratoga Springs within walking distance of Broadway as well as the track. Opened the garage to find chairs, umbrellas, tennis and pickleball racquets / balls and two bikes (and helmets) which we gladly used. Hosts made us feel welcome from the get ho. Highly recommend!

This was an absolutely perfect location and the place was pristine with plenty of towels, toiletries, and loved all the extras they provided!! They had local favorites for us when we arrived which was an unexpected bonus!! Thanks for the cold waters in the fridge!! Thank you so much Rose and Eric for being such thoughtful hosts. Thanks Eric for coming over so quickly to resolve the shower issue. We enjoyed the proximity to the to the Bog Meadow Brook Nature Trail. So close to the downtown, hit the Farmers Market (both locations) and we enjoyed our visit to Treehouse. The bed was super comfortable and quite spacious. The bonus for us was the outdoor space with the grill and fire pit. We ended up cooking on Saturday night and found everything we needed!! Thanks for the seasonings that were provided!! Literally anything you think you may need, it’s probably here! The front porch was adorable and we enjoyed it on Saturday after a nice walk. Would definitely stay again!!

Everything was great! Better than we had expected. Getting in was super easy and the place was very cute and perfect for our short trip. Rose checked in multiple times and answered questions very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

My daughter and I traveled to Saratoga for the Saratoga Horse Show and this home was the perfect place for us to rest after a busy day. The house was well stocked with anything we could need. It was very clean and everything was well thought out for our stay. It was a 10 minute walk into town and easy to get to all the activities that Saratoga has to offer. Rose is an excellent host and thought of everything that would make guests feel comfortable. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town!
