Our exclusive and comfortable holiday home offers you on about 95 sqm living space plenty of space for a relaxing holiday for max. 6 persons.

On the ground floor there is the modern and spacious living / dining area with open kitchen. In addition to the central heating throughout the house, a wood burning stove in the winter provides a feeling of heat and a corresponding cozy warmth. The atrium-like gallery and the furnishing with lots of light spruce contribute to the pleasant atmosphere. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom, the exclusively designed bathroom with shower and toilet and a storage room with washing machine (not in winter).

A wooden staircase leads up to the open gallery. Here is another lovingly furnished bedroom. Furthermore, there is a children's corner with sitting cubes, chair and children's table furnished. For small children, a cot and a highchair is available free of charge. A pull-out couch offers you two more sleeping places.

The holiday home, built in Alpine style, is situated in a quiet and idyllic location above the Lechsee on the edge of the new holiday village of Via Claudia. The cottage is adjacent to a large meadow with unobstructed views. From the very large and sunny terrace you have a wonderful panoramic view of the Lechsee and the Allgäu mountains.

At the foot of the Allgäu Alps, nestled harmoniously in the rolling hills of the foothills, lies Lechbruck am See, about 1.5 km away, It offers its guests a good infrastructure. You will find there a diverse gastronomy z. B. Bavarian beer gardens and numerous shops.

The inexhaustible recreational opportunities in every season make this part of the Allgäu one of the most popular holiday and recreational areas.

The local tourist office also offers a comprehensive range of leisure activities for young and old on site. The varied program includes z. For example, a summer holiday program for children, rafting on the Lech, guided hikes, cultural events and much more.

The countless surrounding lakes invite you to swim. A small forest lake is located about 300 meters from the holiday village. Of course you can also go hiking, fishing, mountain climbing and cycling in the beautiful landscape. On-site there is the possibility to rent a bike. A boat rental, horseback riding, miniature golf, tennis courts and tennis hall and an 18-hole golf course complete the offer for a varied holiday.

The world-famous royal castles Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, Füssen, the castle in Reutte, the Wieskirche are located near the holiday village. Garmisch-Partenkirchen with the Zugspitze, the Ammersee, Munich and many other holiday destinations in Bavaria are within easy reach.

In winter, you can choose between ski slopes such as Tegelberg 20 min., Pfronten and Nesselwang 30 min., Reutte 35 min., Berwang 45 min. And Garmisch Partenkirchen-Zugspitzgebiet 50 min.
