An amazing condo right on the water that is completely renovated and beautifully decorated. Gorgeous bathroom and shower, new kitchen with new kitchenware; new bed, incredible views from inside and on the balcony. 50" TV with Netflix/Roku, WiFi, beach chairs, snorkel gear and fluffy pool/beach towels.

Sapphire beach is a minute away, our pool is 50 steps away and so is Sudi's our on-property tiki bar and restaurant. All the best beaches on island are 5 minutes away, and so is Red Hook which has 10 restaurants, bars, a grocery store and more; and of course we'll provide you with an info packet with all the best island tips and more.

30 year anniversary

Great spot, just what we needed. Had a quiet, convenient spot, acros from pool and close to Sudys restaurant. Good food BTW Easy to get ahold of the manager via text. Ocean perfect and the view out of sight. Bed was good too

Great Location

This property is in the perfect spot. The unit was decorated nicely. Beautiful view off the balcony of the boats and ocean. We loved that Sapphire Beach was a short walk away and the pool was right across the front door. The host was great to work with and provided some info about the island and places to explore.

Fantastic view from the balcony, plenty of amenities in the unit (cookware, towels, beach gear, etc.), very clean when we arrived. Short walk to the beach and several restaurants. The local beach was never crowded. Plenty of other dining options, two grocery stores, and ferry station 4 minute drive from the unit. Did not use the pool but it looked nice.

Great Stay & Great Location

Estate Smith Bay was a great place. It is walking distance to Red Hook, great beaches (more on that below), awesome view of the marina (we enjoyed the balcony watching boats come and go), great pools, great restaurants on property for convenience, A/C was tundra cold, and bed was really comfy. Although the Sapphire Beach is great, you have to rent the beach chairs. It would be nice if Estate Smith Bay had a couple of beach chairs in the unit for guests to use. It is just a suggestion. Most certainly is NOT a deal breaker for our future return. Great place and location. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we are planning on returning.

Awesome Views!

The condo location was perfect! Enjoyed having coffee out on the patio overlooking the marina, was such a beautiful view... can see the other islands and St John. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen could have been a little more stocked as we did like to make breakfast. The location on the east end of the island was convenient, close to shopping, and restaurants. We had a car and drove around, checking out other beaches. Sapphire beach was a 5 minute walk and we went there everyday. Snorkeling gear that was provided by Shawn worked out well, as there was great snorkeling at all the beaches. The unit was right across from the pool and Sudi's Bar which was also convenient. Good food and drinks. Would highly recommend the unit, we had an awesome time, thank you Shawn!! He was a great host, timely communication.

Amazing view and location

The view from the balcony is amazing. I sat out there every morning to drink coffee and watch the sun come up. It was fun watching the pelicans fly by and dive into the water to get fish. The marina has a couple of activities to do and it's not that far of a walk to Sapphire Beach. Sudi's across the street is amazing too with great service, drinks and food. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable but still didn't disrupt sleep too much. Some of the information given about the surrounding area (stores, etc) does need to be updated in the binder in the condo. For example, Marina Market does not exist anymore. I do hope that the host will have the couple things I sent him looked into as they were what resulted in the subtraction of 1 star from my rating. Would I book another stay? Yes, but I do think some attention to detail is needed to make it a truly 5 star experience.

This was a great location directly in front of Sudi’s so it was very convenient! The condo was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay again. The owner was very responsive if I had a question.It could use a little paint here and there but overall I enjoyed it.

This place has great views, and easy drives to beaches and the ferry. We had everything we needed. Plus, the apartment is on the same level as the parking lot so no steps required.

The stay was exactly as described! The place was very clean and within walking distance to the pool/pool restaurant and the beach/beach restaurants. The host was incredibly helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend earplugs as the wildlife may wake up before you do.

Perfect property

This was amazing! Clean, convenient and perfect for our travels. Easy access to red hook ferry for island hopping getting back and dipping in the pool across the street with a cocktail from the bar was our fav way to end our day. Thanks for everything! Even sending us the message for the power outage that was expected!! We will return!!

Amazing stay

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay! The views from the balcony are wonderful, and we enjoyed having breakfast and dinner there. It's interesting to watch the boats come and go at the marina. Sudi's restaurant and bar as well as the pool are just across the street, with good drinks and some live music. Close to all the east side beaches, walk to Sapphire Beach or a short drive to Lindquist and Coki; Megans Bay is about 9 miles away. Shawn is a great host. Communication was excellent and he responded immediately to answer any questions we had. Shawn supplies a notebook full of helpful suggestions for activities and dining... loved his recommendation of the XO Bistro! We appreciated all the beach gear...chairs, towels, snorkel equipment, floaties. The unit was very clean, bed was comfy. One note, listed as having a blender and dishwasher, but has neither. Not a big deal to us, but just so you're aware. We'd surely stay again when we come back to St. Thomas.

Everything advertsed was true

The studio was perfect for us. Everything advertised was true. Clean place, well stocked, close to pool and beach. Would highly recommend it.Only caveat was lack of tv control. Only Netfix and Amazon Prime apps installed with no opportunity to add an app such as Hulu or Tubi. Normally, I wouldnt mind but was in the middle of the NFL and NCAA playoffs.Other than that, this was a great place. We enjoyed the great view from the patio and watching the boats come and go.

10/10 Recommend!

While the roadways and layout are a bit confusing at first, you figure it out and get used to it pretty quickly. The room (and our host Shawn) were both anazing! The room had some snacks and snorkel equipment that were greatly appreciated along with some tips and recommendations that we used! The view of the marina was the perfect start and end to everyday. I would absolutely love to come back and stay in this exact room. Loved it!
