Treetop is a private residence ....with two individual rentals each 2b2b, a spectacular view, gated with dipping pool overlooks the marina in Red Hook with views to St John on the prestigious East End of St. Thomas. Enjoy complementary drinks from your welcome bar as you view of the Caribbean Sea, Pillsbury Sound, St. John and numerous other US and British Islands from 500 square feet of wrap around deck. Snooze in the shade, sip afternoon cocktails, morning coffee or al fresco dining on this expansive gallery. For the diehard sun lovers, soak up the ever present rays in a chaise lounge on deck or poolside and then cool off with a quick splash in our dipping pool surrounded by lush vegetation...all with a dramatic 250 degree panoramic view before you.

Treetops, is decorated in tropical style. Two separate air conditioned bedrooms (queen sized)each with private bath accommodate a couple or up to 4 guests. (Children 10 and older)
Base rate is for two guests using 1b1b...add'l guests @ $75/pp, per night for 2nd bedroom
($190 1b1b or $265 as 2b2b for 3 guests, $340 as 2B/2B for 4 guests.

A complete and modern kitchen. Dine/in or out on deck with gas grill to make the perfect steak or piece of fresh fish. All local calls, safe deposit box, linens are included. Beach towels, chairs, coolers/cold paks for outings..Snorkel gear, too...so.Pack light! SO MUCH MORE THAN A HOTEL ROOM!! Free WIFI, satellite, library, IPod, easy parking

For the times when reservations are in order, there are numerous dining possibilities right in Red Hook ranging from take out to more upscale dining. Besides restaurants (20 at last count) Red Hook offers two food stores, a dozen clothing and tourist oriented shops, Daysail, dive and fishing charters, ferries to St. John and the British Virgin Island. 5 Beaches within a mile...

With or without a car we are convenient to everything! Nightlife, transportation (buses, taxis and car rentals), and close proximity to many beaches. We look forward to welcoming you to St. Thomas, our Virgin Island home since 1977.

Best place to stay on the island

Tree Tops couldn't be in a better location with arguably one of the best views on the island. The space is incredible and June is a wonderful host. I've stayed her multiple times and will continue to come back!

Looking at Paradise!!

Panoramic views with a delightful breeze to enjoy morning coffee or relax in the afternoon listening to the bird's chirp and the distant sound of the ocean. Surrounded by a tropical paradise with so many beautiful Caribbean flowers blooming. Kitchen stocked with basics - off to a good start. It can be a hassle to find small condiments - Suggest having a car to get around. Best beaches Sunset, Maegen's swim near Turtles and Hull Bay to name a few. Take a quick ferry to St. John and snorkel at Trunk Bay! Best dinners - Pesce for Italian and a must is Duffy's on Wednesdays for their Caribbean Lobster special. Get there early!!

A beautiful place and the hosts make the stay even better! I love the views from Treetops and the pool is an added bonus. Had a wonderful two weeks staying at a place that has everything one could possibly need for a wonderful stay.

Girls Birthday trip

Amazing, June was amazing and accomodating. Everything we needed was supplied by June, i.e. snorkels and fins, beach chairs, towels and coolers. We will be back. Thank you June! I even left my earbuds and June is kind and mailing them to me.

Fantasic Views and wonderful place to stay

The condo/villa was very clean, in a great location, with amazing views. June went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The villa was spacious and had everything we needed. We were a short walk down the hill to all of the bars/restaurants in Red Hook. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the perfect area with restaurants, bars, gift shops and grocery store were close and easily accessible. The view was beautiful and the home was beautiful. Our hostess was so helpful and friendly. She even drove down to meet us and help us find our way. We were very pleased with our stay!

This property lived up to its listing, only better! June was an awesome host, but then every review has said that. Her communication before and during our stay was timely, helpful, and welcoming! Treetops was a wonderful home base from our day journeys around the islands… and the views from the porches and pool just make you wish you could stay indefinitely. We had a great time!

June was an amazing host - so helpful and welcoming. The property was beautiful and had all the amenities that we needed. We had rented a car, but the Redhook area was walking distance away so was not necessary. Would definitely come back again.

Like all of the reviews have already stated - the views from this place are spectacular!!! Great location close to many bars, restaurants and food store. The owner made sure we had everything we could possibly need and provided snorkeling gear, beach towels and chairs for our use. Unfortunately our trip here was short but definitely planning on returning as soon as we can! Thank you June :)

Amazing outdoor space!

June is an amazing host. Treetops offers comfort, convenience and amazing views. We only went indoors to sleep and get food and drink from the refrigerator. The beach chairs and supplies made beach exploring so easy. I can’t wait to go back!

Great spot, would rent again

June (host) has a fantastic spot above Red Hook. If you don't mind a walk back up a hill, you can just walk to several great bars, a harbor, and the ferry. The elevation of the home and it's layout give a great breeze and it felt 10 degrees cooler than sea level. Loved it, clean and comfy. would 100% rent again.

Nice View

View was nice, location was near ferry. Pool was next door disappointing for the girls. We showered by candle light, I would suggest privacy blinds in the shower. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Treetops!

The locations and view is unbeatable. Every morning we enjoyed the wrap around deck with tropical breezes watching the activity in Red Hook. Many delicious restaurant options very close by. June is an incredible host ensuring we had everything we needed and offering extras at every turn! We will be back !!

Family vacation with four adults.

June’s vrbo surpassed our expectations! She is an amazing hostess, responding to our needs immediately. The home is up in the hillside with a sensational view of the ocean, with a three sided veranda for views and cross breezes as well as tables and chairs for lounging. We didn’t want to leave . The two bedrooms with bathrooms were perfect. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was provided for us….snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, cooler and towels. There is a vrbo below but we never heard a sound. Also a shared pool. Red Hook has great places to eat. Ferry to St. John’s nearby, makes for easy access to a wonderful island. Best to rent an SUV as roads steep and narrow. You can’t find a better place to stay!!!

Greatest VRBO we have stayed at!

June is the greatest VRBO host we have ever experienced. She is super helpful and so very friendly. The house is wonderful, the views are amazing and our time was thoroughly enjoyed. Amazing villa...Breathtaking views...Lovely host!!!

Love Tree Tops! Never have I been so relaxed on a vacation. The villa had everything one could possibly need to make you feel right at home. The views were mesmerizing...so much time spent on the wrap around porch. I can't say enough about June (the host)...charming, accommodating, always there for you but never in your way. Treetops

Treetops is a beautiful 3 level house built into a hill in st Thomas . Each level it’s a separate apartment with its own entrance. The views are spectacular, the apartments are very spacious with wrap around porches and there’s a hidden pool. Our hosts, the Marshes, were so kind and hospitable. Plenty of beach chairs, snorkeling supplies, towels, sunscreen. Anything you would need. Thank you June Marsh for everything!

Wonderful Stay

June is extremely attentive and helpful. We got lost and she came and got us. Their home is immaculate, convenient, and beautiful. All of the conveniences of home were available. The view from the porch is amazing. June made sure we knew about all the things do to in the area. She and Stephen were personable and kind. We loved our stay and I am grateful to both of them!

We lived aboard Yacht Nightwind for 11 years...
We also were invited to house sit for a variety of our charter guests over those years
When we designed TreeTops we positioned on her for maximum use of the wind and comfort. We love to travel... and we incorporated comfort and style along with all the amenities to make this a great place to vacation.

What makes this property unique

Gated with a dipping pool..The unit is stocked with everything you will need including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and cold paks for outings. Great WIFI, satellite, safe dep box, outdoor dining w/barbeque, lounge chairs...the view is spectacular! Easy Parking!!
We are overlooking American Yacht Harbor and the lovely yachts and fishing vessels that call this port home.. Just a few minutes from ferry to St John, British V.I.s , restaurants, shops, Moe's Fresh Market.
