A mile and a half away from the beach lies this wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom private waterfront oasis. With water views from every room in the house you can't help but be drawn to the backyard where there's an oversized deck, multiple seating areas, paddle boards, a kayak, a dock for a boat, a barbque and a hot tub to relax in at the end of a long day. This house is perfect for a family or even a group of friends getting together to enjoy a relaxing getaway in South Florida!

Great location

This house is in a great neighborhood and conveniently located to everything. Great spot on the canal with lots of out door seating. The inside of the house needs a thorough cleaning. The fabric of the kitchen chairs were stained, as was the couch in the main room and all of the furniture in the screened in porch area. We ended up putting towels down on everything before we sat down on anything. There was black mold or dirt collecting by the vent in the kitchen which was a little unsettling. Not sure if the owners live in the rental full time or just use it frequently but all of the closets were full of their clothing/shoes/belongings and the bathrooms drawers had their toiletries, hair brushes, and medications still in them. Overall, the house served it’s purpose for our week long stay but I wouldn’t rent it again. The standard was not what we are used to at this price point.
