beau logement , bien situé , bien aménagé, vue magnifique propriÚtaire à l'écoute . Seuls bémols ; des endroits pas trÚs propre à l'intérerieur et un extérieur un peu négligé ( allée , chemin d'accés et voisinage)

Nous avons passé un court séjour dans la maison de Cyril. Le logement est bien situé entre les 2 caps avec un accÚs autoroutier à proximité. Idéal pour rejoindre rapidement Boulogne ou Calais.La maison est trÚs bien équipée, au calme (en retrait de la route).Bref, un bon séjour !

Mooi vakantiehuis in rustige omgeving. Bakker en restaurant vlakbij. Voor supermarkt moet je de auto nemen. Het appartement is gerieflijk ingericht en heeft een mooi rustgevend interieur. Fijne vakantie gehad

Quaint property great location

Sophie was a great host and responded promptly to any issues we had. Good value. Great location. Perfect as a base in Tavira. In summer I’m sure the garden would provide welcome shade.

propreté: calcaire ds toutes les casseroles,autour brosse WCterrasse pas entretenue,feuilles mortes

Bémol : chien du voisin "Etoile flamboyante" aboie toute la journée en l'absence de son maßtre,jusquà 21h30, meme si sa porte de terrase est fermée. Heureusement que le temps nous a permis de quitter la maison la journée et de profiter de beau cadre de la région pour balades a pied et à vélo. Les paysages sont magnifiques. Pas de petits commerces à Audinghen, seulement une boulangerie.

Annonce mensongĂšre

Nous avions réservés cette maison pour des vacances en famille tout semblait parfait... MAIS déjà premiÚre déception, c'est une maison mitoyenne entourée d'autre logements. Le logement n'était pas d'une propreté étincelante à notre arrivée ( croquettes de chats sur le sol..). Le logement dispose d'une terrasse mais nous n'en avons pas profité car le voisin d'à cÎté à des chiens qui aboient en permanence des que vous mettez un pied dehors (vidéos a l'appui). Aucune solution trouvée. Le couple avec un bébé qui séjournait avec nous à dû partir plus tÎt à cause des nuisances. Logement trÚs mal insonorisé. TrÚs déçu car au début la communication était bonne avec le propriétaire mais dÚs lors que l'on demande un geste commercial, les choses changent. L'annonce est donc mensongÚre, plutÎt qu'une maison au calme c'est une maison mitoyenne avec toutes les nuisances qui vont avec !
