About this property

Comfortable apartment on the ground floor, for families of up to eight people, ideal for two families or a larger family. It is located in the quiet and small village Puntera that offers a relaxed atmosphere and offers partial sea view on the beach a few miles away.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with Jacuzzi, and four bedrooms with four large beds (three beds with 200x90cm and a French bet with 200x160cm). Two more sleeps offers the comfortable sofa bed.

Guests can enjoy the beautifully maintained garden with a children's pool and the basement with barbecue. There are two parking inside the property available and the friendly owner lives on the first floor of the house (separate entrance) and is willing to help.

Well-kept beaches or beautiful natural beaches are however ten kilometers or more away (Rabac, Krnica, Rakalj, Pula, Medulin).

Perfekt!

Eine tolle Wohnung, die super aufgeteilt ist und blitzsauber. Die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig, aber dennoch in optimaler Lage für alle Arten von Ausflügen und Strandbesuche. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt, der Pool einladend und der Gastgeber Goran mit seiner ganzen Familie sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. In Barban gibt es eine sehr gute Pizzeria und ein gut sortierter Supermarkt. Für uns als Familie somit das perfekte Urlaubsdomizil.

Entspannter Urlaub für die ganze Familie

Sehr schönes Haus mit kaum einsehbarem Garten für den entspannten Familienurlaub. Pool, Liegewiese unter Bäumen und großer Rasenbereich für Ballspiele. Die Wohnung selber ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ebenfalls sehr geräumig und bietet ausreichend Platz. Lediglich der Essbereich auf der Veranda und die Küche ist für 6 (geschweige denn 8) Personen zu eng bzw. bietet zu wenig Stauraum. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr kleinen Ort. Man muss also für alles Fahrtzeit in Kauf nehmen, was uns allerdings nicht gestört hat. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar und kümmert sich sofort. Zudem gibt es Ausflug- und Restauranttipps. Fazit: Den Kindern und uns hat es in dem Haus gut gefallen und wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Garten

Hier kann man wirklich entspannen! Der Pool ist klasse, sehr sauber und erfrischend. Besonders haben mir die Bäume im Garten gefallen. Unter Oliven- und Feigenbaum liegt es sich wunderbar im Schatten. Wlten besser als unter jedem Sonnenschirm. Die Wohnung ist schön, groß und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Goran ist sehr nett und gibt tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Vielen Dank dafür und für die Geschenke!

Ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Traumurlaub mit sehr hohem Erholungswert

Wir waren zu acht (2 Familien, also 4 Erw. + 4 Kinder zwischen 6 und 12 Jahren) für 2 Wochen zum ersten Mal in Kroatien. Und das Haus war für uns ein absoluter Glücksgriff! Allein in dem Haus mit dem großen Garten zu sein, ist schon erholsamer Urlaub. Wer es dann noch mag, Land und Leute kennenzulernen, ist hier absolut richtig. Wir haben verschiedene Strände ausprobiert, Ausflüge nach Rovinji, Pula, Motovon und Groznijan unternommen und waren von der heimischen Gastwirtschaft bis zum guten Fischrestaurant unterschiedlich essen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit, gibt Tipps und ist jederzeit erreichbar. Absolut zu empfehlen!
