The residence is located a few minutes walk from the city center and the Allées Paul Riquet. New air-conditioned apartment, 2nd floor with free secure parking in a small building with 11 apartments.
Elevator from the parking lot with direct access to the landing of the apartment.
A 15mÂČ terrace adorns the whole. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The square in front receives every Friday morning "The Market" very typical and well stocked with fresh products. Parking access is therefore blocked until 3 p.m. on Friday

We got lost driving to Beziers and the hostess was very patient in waiting for us. Noelle graciously showed us the apartment and got us settled. Communication would have been better from my end if we’d had working data roaming. She made heroic efforts to contact me.The apartment is very clean and comfortable with a wonderful terrace. It’s convenient to the Beziers city center and a 20-minute walk from the train station. There’s a nice boulangerie and a grocery store just up the block. Once we’d mastered navigation it has easy access to nearby attractions. The parking is safe with inside access from the garage. I’d highly recommend this apartment.

A Great Place to Stay in Beziers

Very nice apartment, well located and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed eating on the large balcony. Close to bakery and grocery story. We'd definitely recommend this apartment to others visiting Beziers.

Quiet location with parking and easy walk to old town

This is a fabulous apartment, good location, easy access, easy parking under the building. The hosts are welcoming and attentive to our questions. The kitchen utensils are a bit short on variety but then most people don't stay for a fortnight and cook almost every meal. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect flat for a visit to Beziers

The flat is fantastic in all ways. It's very comfortable and completely equipped. Checking in and out is very easy; the hosts are very helpful. Having parking right in the building is also a wonderful extra benefit in a city. The location is very convenient - two minutes to the Carrefour and boulangerie - and the Friday market is literally out the front door. Beziers is a very compact and walkable city and it's only 10 minutes to the Allee Riquet, historic district, and the Halles market. All in all, a perfect place for a short or longer visit.

Fabulous

It was so nice to be greeted by the owners, a nice personal touch.They were so welcoming and helpful. The apartment was excellent with so many additional items supplied, we needn't have taken any toiletries etc with us. To leave us bread, milk, coffee etc was so lovely. The location of the apartment was perfect. There was a bakery and supermarket 5 minutes walk away, the bus station was an equal distance. We really did have a perfect stay and would not hesitate to recommend this accomodation. Thank you so much for letting us stay.

Perfectly placed

Our flight was delayed by 2 hours. Noelle & George had very kindly supplied us with some essentials such as bread & milk etc as the shops were closed. They explained to us in very good English how everything worked & where the local amenities were. The apartment was probably the best equipped of the many we have stayed in. The apartment was perfectly situated for us. Only 2 minutes walk to the local bus depot with access to the whole of the Bezier area including the local train station. Local supermarket & boulangerie were 4 minutes away. Allez Paul Riquet was about 10 minutes walk away, where there were daily markets or events. It was a further 5 to 10 minutes to the cathedral. The Polygon shopping mall, park of poets & train station were also within walking distance. The apartment was easily accessible by car which made car trips further afield easy & the secure off street parking was a bonus. When we were leaving Noelle even advised us of the best route back to the airport as there were extensive traffic jams on the main highways. If you are visiting the area we would definitely recommend staying here.

Appartement conforme Ă  l'annonce. Il est mĂȘme plus grand qu'il ne paraĂźt. La terrasse ombragĂ©e est un vrai plus. Nous avons visitĂ© intĂ©gralement Beziers Ă  pied. L'appartement se trouve Ă  5 bonnes minutes des cĂ©lĂšbres allĂ©es. Point trĂšs appreciable:la place de parking intĂ©grĂ©e Ă  la location. Appartement vraiment tout confort. Rien ne manque, on se sent comme Ă  la maison. Et avec ces grosses chaleurs, la clim a Ă©tĂ© d' un grand secours. Les propriĂ©taires sont des personnes trĂšs accueillantes. N'hĂ©sitez surtout pas. Notre séjour à Béziers, au centre du Languedoc-Roussillon

Notre sĂ©jour chez Noelle et Georges Ă  BĂ©ziers fut Ă  la hauteur de nos attentes. La prĂ©sentation de l’appartement dans le site de Homelidays/HomeAway correspond tout Ă  fait Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ©, et mĂȘme que nous avons trouvĂ© les piĂšces plus grandes qu’elles ne paraissent sur les photos. L’appartement est bien Ă©quipĂ© d’appareils modernes et d’une salle de bain impeccable. Nos hĂŽtes nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et nous ont donnĂ© plusieurs renseignements pratiques sur le quartier et les environs. Une bouteille de vin, pain, fromage, cafĂ© et autres denrĂ©es de base nous ont Ă©tĂ© offerts, ce que nous avons bien apprĂ©ciĂ©. Nous avons visitĂ© la rĂ©gion du Languedoc-Roussillon avec BĂ©ziers comme point centre, ce qui s’est avĂ©rĂ© fort pratique. Une Ă©picerie et une boulangerie Ă  quelques minutes de marche de l’appartement ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs utiles. Autre avantage non nĂ©gligeable, c’est la place de garage pour notre voiture au rez-de-chaussĂ©e de l’immeuble. Nous recommandons sans hĂ©sitation cet appartement aux visiteurs du Languedoc-Roussillon qui y trouveront confort et accĂšs pratique aux sites de la rĂ©gion.

Languishing in the Languedoc.

A modern apartment in an almost new block. Spacious and well equipped (see list on website). The location is good, five to ten minutes walk to town centre, 2-3 minutes to the Bus station and about15-20 to the train station. Pezenas is well worthy of a visit, and, if a beach is wanted, Valras plage is a 40 minute bus journey The friday market is HUGE . and unmissable as it comes up to the flat entrance. To cap it all, the owners, Nouelle and George were charming ,and helpful when we had some flight problems.

Beautiful apartment and area!

From the moment we were welcomed by Noelle and Georges we were confident we had chosen well! All the rooms are very large and very fully equipped, right down to basics like coffee, milk and bread! All equipment was modern and fully functional. On site secure parking is a real bonus! BĂ©ziers town centre is only 10 minutes walk and there is a good choice of restaurants. Many interesting places to visit and a choice of beaches if the weather is good. One of the best apartments we have ever rented and we await 2020 summers flight schedules eagerly so we can book our next visit!
