Nine-room apartment with 2 terraces: one shaded and the other sunny. WiFi is available for you, as well as 2 flat-screen televisions (with French channels). The apartment includes a fully equipped and new kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, etc.)
Communal: apartment located in a tree-lined estate with 2 swimming pools, 1 children's pool, a padel court.
Situation: in the heart of the Alcaidesa Golf (500m from the Golf Club), surrounded by a natural park. Located less than 5 minutes from a natural beach (with services), 5 minutes from shopping centres, 10 minutes from the Sotogrande marina, 15 minutes from Gibraltar and 60 minutes from Málaga airport.
An idyllic place to rest in peace and surrounded by vegetation.
The key handover takes place in our agency, located at the port of La Duquesa in Manilva.

Great stay but poor emergency service
The apartment was great and good value for money. However the emergency service was very poor. We were locked outside in the aparment’s balcony and when contacted the emergency service via whatsapp message, we were told that they couldn’t do anything to help. Altough they couldn’t help, I would have expect an immediate call to check if we were ok and guide us through to what it was a very stressful situation. We were left alone and had to solve the issue ourselves
You need to provide a better support out of office hours on emergency and better customer care

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick
Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man für den Urlaub braucht. Sehr ruhig mit toller Aussicht. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und Aufzug bis vor die Eingangstür.
