Come and vacation at this one of a kind beachfront property with pool, private yard and private beach access. These two houses can accommodate up to 24 guests in 8 bedrooms, 14 beds and 4.5 bathrooms.

Enjoy this 1/2 acre oceanfront property with family and friends on the beach, on one of the private ocean-side decks, large private yard or on the beach observation deck at the front of the property. Feel the Ocean breeze or listen to the sounds of the ocean from several relaxing spots on the property..

Beach access is just steps from the yard, can't get any closer to the beach anywhere in town. Bring a towel and chair for a day on the beach. Splash in the surf or take a short walk on the beach to the famous cocoa beach pier where you can listen to music, have a drink, eat at one of the restaurants or just enjoy the fun at the pier.

Great for family reunions or just a great vacation spot for large families and friends. Contact property manager (32I) 4I7-I763 for bed sizes in each house if help is needed in planning sleeping arrangements by house.
