This pool patio area is perfect for dinners and evening fun for the whole gang, or a great place to swim, soak in the hot tub or lounge in the sun or shade.

Great location - you are just 2 minutes to one of the best ocean beach parks (has "I Dream of Jeannie Way" to commemorate the 1970's sit com that was filmed in Cocoa Beach, showers, picnic areas, and a food truck). You are only a 5 minute drive to Cocoa Beach restaurants, Ron Jon surf shop and the pier.

Tired from a day at the beach? Chill out in the air conditioning watching Netflix, Hulu or local channels on the 70" television in living room. Want some alone time to recuperate? Super Clean House & Quiet Neighborhood

Very large clean house in a very quiet neighborhood. We had five adults and two young children in our group and the house was large enough for separate space for downtime if needed. Heated pool and hot tub were very much appreciated by the children as the weather was unseasonable cooler then normal. Would stay there again.

Great time with multiple families!

From the start Richard was a great communicator. Getting into the house was clear and easy. We had three rental cars and there was plenty of room for parking. The weather was chilly when we were there so Richard made sure the pool was nice and warm and really took care of us. We had kids between the ages of 2-10 and it was plenty of space and plenty to do at the house when we were waiting out weather. The layout works well for small children also. It’s in a quiet nice neighborhood, with other VRBOs near by which more of our family rented. Easy walk to the beach or drive around town! One of the kids left her special watch and Richard even offered to send it back. Thank you!

Tiki Blue is a comfortable, spacious property close to the beach. There is a very accommodating beach-side park a 2 minute drive away. In just a 5 minute drive you can access all the nearby fun and conveniences like restaurants, bars, shopping, and Cocoa Beach Pier.

The property is set up for comfort and fun. There is an enormous heated pool, a large covered hot tub and a big tiki bar. Two outdoor tables with umbrellas are great places to lounge or eat. Use the big gas grill to have a grand cook out. Tons of outlets outside to keep your phones and laptops charged up.

Inside there are sofas and seating areas for lots of people. Two dining tables plus a kitchen island. 70-inch TV in the living room. All bedrooms have TV's and all TV's have Netflix, Hulu, Sling TV, and local channels.

The linens and towels and mattresses are all high-quality and super comfortable. There is free WiFi Internet as well as free laundry and tons of parking (6 - 8 cars, depending on the size).

Your big group of friends and family will have a great time here.

What makes this property unique

The back patio area surrounds a very large beautiful heated swimming pool. Lots of teak furniture to lounge in. Soak and relax in the hot-tub. Mix margaritas at the tiki bar with two ceiling fans and glowing night lights. There is a large grill and outdoor seating for having great cook-outs. Everything is professionally cared for: pool service, lawn maintenance and top-rate cleaning. This is the perfect beach house for your group to stay in. You will have a vacation to remember here. You will love it.
