You will have all the necessary comforts: a beautiful and luminous living room with a sitting area and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a large garden with a terrace to enjoy a good meal outside!

The single-storey accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a convivial dining table and 6 seats.
- A functional and fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, crepe maker, raclette set, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee maker...

Night area:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed ( 160*200) and storage space.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds and storage space.
- A shower room with shower, washbasin, towel rail and hairdryer.
- Separate WC

Outside :
- A beautiful garden of 200 m² without vis-à-vis with a terrace of 40 m², facing south and furnished with garden furniture, an awning, a barbecue to enjoy a good meal in the sun!

Neighbourhood:
The accommodation is ideally located in a quiet and pleasant area in the heart of nature while remaining close to the sea, many activities and all necessary amenities: seafood sales and grocery shop, bakery, butcher shop, mini-market, shops, restaurants, bars Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, then you will find the supermarkets and markets of local products in Sainte-Mère Eglise and Carentan!

Activities :
- Guided tour of the Cotentin Marshes on foot or by boat, walking tour in Beauguillot
- Relaxation on the beach, sand yachting or water activities: sailing, paddle, diving.
- Visit the remains of the D-Day landings: American cemetery, beaches and D-Day museums.
- Horse riding, mountain biking, fishing, golf, swimming pool, cinema, escape game...
