Beautifully located vacation apartment for 5 people near Split

The House Marija is located away from the hustle and bustle and yet städlichen in happened so that one is close to the beach (about 700m away) and yet have peace and quiet.
Guests are different sizes habits available.
In addition to 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds (double bed),
1 shower / WC, 1 bath / WC, open kitchen completely furnished with dining area, living room with Sat-TV, as well as internet connection and air conditioning. The house offers own balconies with beautiful sea views as well as a breathtaking scenery of the high mountain Perun.
Optionally, a garden and parking available.
In the immediate vicinity is a bakery, 2 minutes walk. A larger supermarket and other shops are located on the main road, about 500m.
On request pets are allowed.

L'arrivée s'est déroulé sans aucun problème, nous étions très bien accueillis. La cuisine et tout l'appartement sont bien équipés et la climatisation est un plus. L'appartement est proche de Split, et d'autres destinations atractives, la plage est tout près.

Sehr schöne und große Wohnung, sehr nette Vermieterin, leider etwas laut

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der großen Ferienwohnung, Es ist alles da, was man sich wünscht. Die Vermieterin war super-nett und hat uns mit Tipps versorgt. WLAN funktioniert gut, TV auch mit deutschen Programmen. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine vorhanden (ich glaube auf den Bildern ist die Spülmaschine noch gar nicht drauf. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist super. Allerdings ist die Lage recht laut. Direkt gegenüber ist eine kleine Autowerkstatt, wo die Arbeit früh morgens beginnt und schon mal recht laut sein kann oder auch Abgase produziert, so dass man das Fenster schließen muss. Das Haus ist in starker Hanglage nur über sehr enge Sträßchen erreichbar, auf denen Gegenverkehr sehr schwierig ist. Trotzdem wird die Straße es bei den häufigen Staus unten im Zentrum gerne als Umfahrung genutzt, dann kommen recht viele Autos direkt beim Haus vorbei. Guter Ausgangspunkt auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Uns hat es an den Stränden Richtung Omis am Besten gefallen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in der Villa Marija

Wir haben die Zeit hier richtig genossen. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Die geräumigen und sehr sauberen Zimmer haben uns den Aufenthalt als sehr angenehm erleben lassen. Wir kommen wieder her. Kroatien ist wunderbar und die Villa Marija auch. Dankeschön. Und bis bald.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet mit beispielsweise Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine, Ofen, Herdplatte, Spülmaschine und Klimaanlagen. Die Lage des Appartements ist wunderschön, zudem kann man vom Balkon aus das Meer sehen. In der Nähe gibt es schöne Strände zu denen man mit den mit dem Auto hinfahren kann. Außerdem war die Besitzerin sehr herzlich und offen und konnte sich in verschiedenen Sprachen verständingen.

Great holidays !

We stayed 2 weeks at Marija's apartment. Everything was easy. Marija was always available, very kind and willing to make our stay a great experience. The apartment has a great view even if it is by the side. It is quite close to all the facilities and at the same time in a quiet area. The road to the apartment is a bit tough but nothing too complicated. One of the 3 bedrooms doesn't have air conditioning but has a little fan. We had a great stay in Croatia with many things to do ! Thanks again Marija for having us !

Witam, Pani właścicielka bardzo sympatyczna i dba o dobrą atmosferę. Mieszkanie duże, przestronne, komfortowe i klimatyzowane. Bardzo czysto i wygodnie się tam mieszka. Pani Marija zadbała o każdy szczegół również odnośnie wyposażenia, niczego nie brakuje. Dużym plusem są dwie łazienki. Okolica piękna i wspaniałe widoki z balkonu. Odległość od morza jest troszkę uciążliwa, ponieważ teren jest górzysty a podejście dość strome. Ale warto ze względu na cudne widoki. Dobra baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie Chorwacji samochodem: blisko Split, Makarska, Dubrownik itp. Polecamy

Lovely!

Bij gebrek aan een beter Nederlands woord kies ik voor het Engelse 'lovely'. Marija (spreekt alleen Duits, maar is goed te volgen) is de perfecte gastvrouw. Ik kwam met mijn reisgenootje eerder op de dag aan en we konden gewoon het appartement al in. Marija had zelfs water en vijgen uit de tuin klaargezet voor ons. Ook was het geen probleem dat twee anderen een paar dagen later kwamen. Het appartement is heel erg netjes en het uitzicht is verbazingwekkend mooi. Podstrana is een heel fijn stadje om te zitten in de buurt van Split, met een huurautootje bereik je zo alle toeristische (en minder toeristische) plekjes, maar je uitvalsbasis is rustig. Ook zonder huurauto is het goed te doen, er is namelijk een prima busverbinding tussen Omis aan de ene kant en Split aan de andere kant waarmee je de hele kustlijn kan bereiken. Het is wel even een beklimming om bij het appartement te komen, maar het is het driedubbel waard. Wij hebben genoten van onze 9-daagse vakantie in Podstrana bij Marija en zouden het zeker aanraden aan anderen!

Il est très bien situé pour profiter de vacances au calme mais en bénéficiant de l'animation de Split et de sa région. Really enjoyable

We had a really lovely 2 week stay here in Podstrana. The appartment was very spacious and very well equipped. Our hostess Marija was on hand if needed. The views from all 3 balconies were fabulous and we enjoyed numerous evenings having supper on one of them and watching the sunset. Take beach towels! It is a tough walk back up the road from the main road so we would say a car is necessary. There are numerous restaurants the short drive away and great little fast food stalls close to the nearest beach. There is a small supermarket at the bottom of the road. It is a good jumping off point for hill walking and cycling. Access to fabulous walks and spectacular scenery is on the doorstep. It is very convenient to Split and there are good bus links to Split and neighbouring towns along the coast. Overall it was very enjoyable.

Zurück an der schönen, dalmatinischen Küste

Ausgangspunkt unseres diesjährigen Urlaubes war Podstrana bei Split. Für den täglichen Aufenthalt in einsamen Buchten wie wir Ihn vorhatten, war es nicht die optimale Ausgangslage, da wir meist eine gute Stunde unterwegs waren, um einen schönen Bereich an der dalmatinischen Küste zu finden der nicht überlaufen war. Aber dafür, dass wir erst 2 Wochen vor Reiseantritt gebucht hatten, war weitestgehend alles in Ordnung. Eine gut 100qm Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 3 Balkonen und zwei Bädern, was will man als vierköpfige Familie großartig mehr von einer Unterkunft, welche nur zum Nächtigen, Frühstücken und zum zu Abend essen benötigt wird. Die Vermieterin Marija wart immer zur Stelle wenn wir Sie brauchten, und versorgte uns mit Weintrauben aus eigener Ernte. Eine Raftingtour (Croatia Rafting) auf dem Cetinafluss bei Omis war auch ein absolut toller Spaß für uns alle und ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ebenso empfohlen und ein absoluter Genuss war eine Pizzeria (IVO Nr1), welche uns unser Raftinguide (Mario) ans Herz legte, welche nur 5 Autominuten von unserem Appartment entfernt in Stobrec gelegen war. Ein bis zwei Mankos gab es dann aber doch, die Unterkunft betreffend. Zum einen gab es wohl kurz vor unserer Ankunft einen Waldbrand am Hang in der Nähe, welcher wohl dafür sorgte, das der Fussboden in der Wohnung rabenschwarze Füße zum Vorschein brachte. Selbst wischen hielt nur ca. 2Tage an, dann hatte man wieder schwarze Füsse. Aber so ist die Natur, wenn Wind weht, weht er den verbrandten Ruß überall hin, auch in Wohnungen wofür die Vermieter nichts können. Zum anderen roch es in dem kleineren der zwei Bäder unangenehm nach Gulli. Dieser Geruch ging auch nicht weg, indem alle Abflüsse, auch der Fußbodenabfluss, mit Wasser gefüllt wurden. Ein Fenster hatte das Bad nicht, und eine Lüftung wart laut Vermieterin mal vorgesehen, es aber noch nicht zur Installation gekommen. Es hieß also immer Tür auf und lüften, dann war der Geruch rasch verflogen. Das erste Schlafzimmer hatte nach meinem Gefühl auch eine durchgelegene Matratze, zumindest drückte ich diese beim Probesitzen komplett durch mit meinen ca. 90 Kg. Und das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war auch schon etwas in die Tage gekommen, was auch eine darübergezogene Decke nicht wett machen konnte, über einen Austausch selbiger sollte mal nachgedacht werden!

Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Marija war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Die Wohnung ist sauber und es ist ausreichend Platz.

Comfortable apartment with Fantastic views!

The property was very comfortable with everything you could wish for and the views from the balcony were amazing. We saw some beautiful sunsets. The air con in the bedrooms worked really well and was much needed as the temp in Podstrana rose to about 38 degrees by the end of the week! The Wi-Fi worked well too! We hired a car for the week which was good advice as the apartment is up quite a steep hill. We did however walk to the local beach a couple of times so it was manageable. The local beach had a lovely family atmosphere with plenty of bars and places to eat. It is also worth walking along to the 5* Meridien Hotel. We treated ourselves to a cocktail overlooking the beach and saw how the other half lived!! It would have been nice to have had a visitors book as it is always interesting to read of other guests recommendations and outings etc but all in all a wonderful holiday! Marija made us feel very welcome, she was a wonderful host and nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you.

Adriatic Family Dream Vacation

We were in Croatia on a family trip and stayed in Podstrana which is a quiet seaside location and a 20 min. car or bus drive to Split and Omis. We chose to stay in Podstrana as a base to explore the area around Split as well Omis which has a beautiful river and offers ziplining, rafting etc. The apartment was perfect for us. It was very clean and comfortable in every way with beautiful views of the mountains and sea. We loved watching the amazing sunset views from our balcony. There are hiking options that offer even more incredible views of the area. Several stores and a bakery are nearby. We enjoyed the fresh, warm bread every morning. Not far from the apartment is the hotel Le Meridien which has excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host Marija lives downstairs and was extremely helpful, kind, warm and hospitable. We also explored the many beaches and coves near the apartment. The water is very clear, clean and calm and feels very safe for the children. There are a lot of restaurants and bars along the seaside, so no need to bring your own food and beverages. What a beautiful country with everyone being helpful and freindly, we will be coming back!

hermoso lugar y tranquilo

Nuestra estancia en el departamento de Marija fur sensacional El departamento estaba limpio y tenia todo lo que ocupabamos. Podstrana esta serca de el centro de Split, con el carro se llega en cuenstion de minutos. Y que decir de Marija: Una persona muy atenta y amable. Si, regresamos a Croacia no dudaremos en quedarnos en el departamento de Marija.

Appartement confortable à quelques km de Split

Appartement confortable et très agréable situé dans un immeuble propre et calme sur les hauteurs. Superbe vue sur Split qui n'est qu'à quelques kilomètres. Plage familiale à proximité (bon petit resto). Propriétaire très accueillante et très serviable. Ne pas hésiter à aller dans l'arrière pays.
