Just 5 minutes’ walk from the beach, Apartment Mare is a bright, cozy home for 4 guests with a large sunny terrace, air conditioning in every room, and free parking.
Perfect for families or couples, it’s in charming Kaštel Stari, between Split (16 km) and Trogir (8 km), close to restaurants, public transport, and fun local activities.

Apartment Mare is located on the middle floor of the house and offers two separate air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with shower and toilet.
One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony.
The apartment also features a fully equipped, modern kitchen with an integrated dining and living area, as well as direct access to a spacious 40 m² terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or prepare and share meals together. The living area includes a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
Free Wi-Fi is available, as well as central heating for the winter months.
Private parking is located directly at the house.
Towels, bed linen, and air conditioning are included in the price.
Arrival is possible daily.

Alles vorhanden, was man für einen guten Urlaub braucht

Das Apartment Mare ist liebevoll und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Jedes der drei klimatisierten Schlafzimmer hat eine eigene Toilette und Dusche. Die Betten sind gut, wenn auch etwas hart (wer es weicher liebt, sollte einen Topper mitbringen). Zwei Schlafzimmer haben einen eigenen Balkon. Da die Wohnung über eine eigene große Terrasse verfügt (bei der man ab späten Vormittag im Schatten sitzen kann), werden die Zimmerbalkone i. d. R. wenig genutzt. Die ebenfalls mit Klimaanlage ausgestattete Wohnküche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für die Selbstverpflegung braucht. Die Vermieterin und ihre im Nachbarhaus wohnende Tante sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und standen im perfekten Deutsch als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, konnten gut schlafen und hatten eigentlich alles, was man für einen guten Urlaub braucht. Das Meer ist nach 5-Minuten-Fußweg gut zu erreichen, für die Restaurants benötigt man 15 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es reichlich. Man braucht also nicht unbedingt ein eigenes Auto. Zudem fährt 30 m vom Apartment entfernt der Bus von Split nach Trogir mit Zwischenstation am Flughafen und umgekehrt ab. Ja, die startenden und landenden Flugzeuge hört man tagsüber, das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Insgesamt macht der Ort einen eher untouristischen Eindruck und viel zu sehen gibt es hier nicht. Dafür muss man sich in den Rummel von Split und Trogir stürzen.

wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir haben die Wohnung von Ana und Ihrer Tochter Maria für eine Woche genutzt. Es war alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Lage ist perfekt. Sehr ruhig und umliegende Städte sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr nett eingerichtet und wirklich sehr sauber. Bequeme Betten sind vorhanden. Zum Strand waren nur ein paar Schritte zu Fuß durch ein kleines Wäldchen. Die Gastgeber waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Im Kühlschrank waren Getränke bereit gestellt. Es gab ein kleines Abschiedsgeschenk. Alles war wunderbar. Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen. Die Eigentümer boten uns - nachdem wir leider zwei Tage etwas Regenwetter hatten - sogar an, dass wir kostenlos noch einen Tag länger bleiben dürfen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Mutter und Tochter für den sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und sehr nette Gastgeber

Die Wohnung und das gesamte Grundstück ist sehr sauber , mit Liebe eingerichtet und gepflegt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, sprechen Deutsch und sind für alle fragen offen. Gaststätten und Bademöglichkeiten kann man gut erlaufen. Wir können es mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Our favourite family holiday

The property was clean, and well presented with everything we needed. The terraces outside were great for family meals and soaking up the sun and mountain views. The beach, bars and restaurants were within easy walking distance and 2 supermarkets which offer everything you need. The sea is safe for children and offered kayaks and peddle boats for as little as £5 an hour, also sun beds and umbrellas to hire. All the restaurants offer great food and not expensive either. The family of the apartment were so lovely and helpful, and are always there to help with anything you may need. I can honestly say the were the best hosts we have ever had the pleasure of booking with, and cannot recommend this apartment and destination highly enough for families or single travellers alike

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub! Die Wohnung und die riesengroße Terrasse sind ein Traum. Die Küche ist ganz neu und wir haben viel gekocht und gegrillt. Es gibt ganz viele Lokalitäten fußläufig und auch der Strand ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Marija, die Vermieterin, ist ein absoluter Schatz. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns ganz tolle Tipps gegeben! Wir würden wirklich jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!!

eine Unterkunft zum wohlfühlen

Hallo, wir waren dort im Juli 2018 mit insgesamt 7 Personen verteilt auf zwei Familien. Die Wohnung ist so eingerichtet dass jedes Schlafzimmer eigenes Bad und Klimaanlage besitzt. Es gibt eine gut ausgestattete Küche, einen Esszimmer mit dem Ausgang auf eine sehr große und schön eingerichtete Terrasse. Dort haben wir die Abende am Karten und Gesellschaftsspielen verbracht, einfach herrlich. Es gibt einen Grill und einen Tischtennis inkl. Zubehör,im Hinterhof können locker zwei Autos parken. Die Lage ist zentral, so das man nach Split oder Trogir in etwa 10-15 min mit dem Auto braucht. Der Strand ist ca. 500 m durch einen direkten Waldweg erreichbar, dort gibt es eine Strandbar und links davon einen kleinen Spielplatz. Entlang der Küste kann man mehrere Kilometer spazieren gehen an diversen Restaurants, Geschäften und Verkaufsbuden vorbei. Mit der positiven Bewertung möchten wir uns nochmals bei der Vermieterin bedanken, vielen Dank für den tollen Empfang, Unterstützung in jeglichen Fragen und die schöne Zeit. Fam. M & G
