House near Lac du Salagou

Le Clos des Coustoulins is above all a subtle harmony between an independent house and the conviviality and sharing of a guest house.

This timeless place is located very close to the Lac du Salagou in the Hérault on a one-hectare property where each space has been designed to relax you and make you live an unforgettable experience.
Inside, the large living room of 35m² is totally open to the terrace of 70m2. The house consists of:
- A fully equipped kitchen with dining area and lounge area
- 3 bedrooms (two on the ground floor and the third upstairs) tastefully decorated in the harmonious combination of old materials and modern equipment.
- Two shower rooms and two separate toilets complete the living space.
Going down into the garden, you will enjoy the swimming pool (heated from the beginning of June to mid-September, 25° minimum), a fitness room with the possibility of optional massages, a children's play area, a petanque court and a terrace in the trees where you can enjoy the sunset or sleep (optional).

The advantages of the Clos des Coustoulins:
- The table d'hôtes open from the beginning of June to the end of August and according to the availability of your guests out of season
- Kitchen equipment: both the crockery and the kitchen utensils are of brand name and quality so that you don't miss anything. Also available is the Mr Cuisine culinary rebot, a yoghurt maker, a chopper, a party pancake machine, a raclette machine, a plancha on the terrace
- Particular attention to the cleanliness of the house: before your arrival everything is cleaned and disinfected from top to bottom, nothing is left to chance. Mattress and pillow protectors are changed for each new customer.
- All the necessary cleaning is included in your stay: washing-up liquid, tea towel, detergent, toilet paper, etc.

Activities and options
- Your Hosts offer two discovery quad bike rides: a hike around the Salagou lake and a wine tourism hike
- Possibilities to have it delivered to the gîte
 Breakfasts. Breakfasts are composed of breads, artisanal jams, homemade brioche or pancakes, pancakes or pastries, fruit or fruit salad, homemade yoghurt, homemade granola (15 euros per person);
 Lunches: lunches are composed of a mixed salad – cheese and dessert (20 euros per person)
- The table d'hôte is open for evening meals and is served in the summer kitchen. Dinners are priced at 40 euros per adult and 15 euros per child and include An aperitif starter around local organic wines - A main course - A beautiful cheese platter - A seasonal dessert - Coffee or herbal tea - Discovery of organic wines from the region throughout the evening.
- Massages: a masseuse comes on request to offer you her Ayurvedic wellness massages
- Babysitting;

- Baby equipment with high chair – cot – changing table – stroller, cane – hiking backpack – bathtub.
- Quality mountain bikes are at your disposal with a breakdown kit and baby seat.
