Sleeps 2 to 8 people. Rates valid for up to 6 people. For 6 to 8 people, €75 per guest per stay.



Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday during peak season (June, July, August), with weekend or short-stay options available (subject to availability and season).



Ground Floor: Very spacious loft, TV with satellite cable, fully equipped open kitchen. Laundry room. Large terrace with a direct view of the beautiful pool and very large garden (swing, slide, sandpit for the little ones). Bathroom. Parking space. Double sleeper sofa.



American-style refrigerator (with built-in ice maker and freezer), microwave, range (with built-in deep fryer), dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, food processor, steamer, soft drink maker, juicer, bread maker. Ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner. Plancha.



Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (3 double beds, 1 single bed, 1 cot). Bathroom (walk-in shower) and separate toilet. Whirlpool tub is out of order!



Security deposit of €200 in cash upon arrival (with property inspection). Cleaning is your responsibility. The security deposit will be refunded in full at the end of your stay if the house is spotless, the trash has been taken out, and the house has been cleaned!

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Linens (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, and bath towels) are not provided (double beds: 160 x 200).
