Quiet and relaxing

We stayed here for my sons 6th birthday and it was perfect. Perfect for families since there is a big fenced yard and a downstairs yoga room, that my kids loved playing with their toy cars in!

Cute cozy cabin in the woods

Our stay at the Bodhi Bear Cabin was great. We enjoyed this cozy cabin, it was perfect for our family of 4. Some of the highlights were the gated backyard for sledding with the kids and extra privacy and protection. The smart TV was a nice touch with Disney + and Netflix. Also the crib in the master bedroom was a lifesaver. The beds were comfortable and nice linens. The kids enjoyed playing with their toys in the downstairs yoga room as well. The only complaints would be to have the kitchen stocked a little more (spices, coffee, oil, foil, bbq utensils) Overall we had a nice stay and Claudia was very responsive and we got a early check-in.

Hello, My name is Claudia Blank and my husband is Lelo Mras. We are from Brazil but have been living in California since 2001. Our long dream of owning a vacation home in Big Bear could finally become true because of the apps available for short time rentals.
We named our cabin after our son, Bodhi who was born in 2019. I hope you love and enjoy Bodhi Bear Cabin as much as we do :)

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the cabin after a few seconds of walking in. The ceiling is beautiful, it has an extra room downstairs (witch we use as a yoga/meditation room) and the backyard is large, just how we hoped!

What makes this property unique

The difference between our cabin and other cabins in Big Bear is the yoga room and also the large backyard. We hired an interior designer and told him to transform the space into "modern mountain" and I think he achieved just that.
