Great renovated cottage, walk to downtown Lake Worth

Delightful renovated cottage 20 minute walk to downtown Lake Worth. 10 minute walk to intracoastal. Dog friendly with fenced in backyard. Gas grill in backyard with picnic table. 2 lounge chairs, cocktail table with 2 chairs. Hot tub at first seemed superfluous but we used it a number of times and loved it. Laundry room in separate building but only 10 steps from house. No big deal. New washer and dryer. Kitchen all modern. Very clean and bright. Keypad lock made entry and lock up convenient. 3 bedrooms. 1 king, 2 queens. 1 bathroom, renovated. Always had nice hot water with good water pressure. Working class neighborhood, 2 houses from an elementary school. Work station included a desk, keyboard, laptop holder, mouse and additional usb supplemental input device. Bring your laptop. Wifi included. TV in king room and living room. Roku streaming. Crib available. Overall, more than expected and very pleased with this property. Stayed 2 weeks, could have stayed for the season.

Right in the middle

Not the best area by looks. Was hesitant but it was alright in the end clean house

Thanks for your review, Mike. We are so glad to hear that you had a good stay. This house is in the middle of downtown historic Lake Worth. We happen to think it's a beautiful neighborhood. Especially if you appreciate historic homes most of which have been beautifully preserved. We love our house and others on the block and the neighborhood are even prettier. Even though the house is close to all the entertainment of Lake Ave, it is very quiet. Our neighbors are hardworking people who keep to themselves. We are proud to count teachers, first responders and city employees amongst our neighbors.

Gabe was a prompt, helpful communicator. When I mentioned my sibs and I prefer a coffee pot as opposed to individual Keurig coffee, he bought a pot for us! The lovely home was spacious, clean and laid out well. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and in the backyard. A great week’s stay for our sibling reunion!
