MAIN HOUSE (Sleeps 10 guests):

Primary Suite (Upstairs):
Ascend to the luxurious primary suite upstairs. Relax on a king-sized Tommy Bahama bed with a smart TV for entertainment. The ensuite bathroom features a hand-painted palm tree mural and vibrant tropical accents. Ample storage ensures your comfort. Indulge in unparalleled luxury.

2nd Bedroom (Upstairs):
Welcome to the spacious second bedroom upstairs. Two inviting full beds rest on cedar wood floors, while natural light streams through ample windows. Relax with a smart streaming TV and enjoy convenience with the closet, stocked with essentials.

3rd & 4th Bedrooms (Upstairs):
The elegant 3rd bedroom upstairs is furnished with a Thomasville king bedroom set, complete with a dresser and smart streaming TV. The ensuite bathroom offers convenience with a combination tub/shower. Adjacent is a cozy 4th bedroom with a trundle bed, perfect for a family of four.

Main House (Downstairs)

The Living Room:
The exquisite living room, features a luxurious sofa, velvet armchairs, and stunning blue palm tree murals. Original antique crystal chandeliers and sconces illuminate the space, complemented by stained glass windows and pine wood flooring. This intimate oasis invites relaxation and light conversation.

The Dining Room Areas
The house offers two dining spaces for every occasion: a charming area for eight with plush chairs and a separate intimate setting for six. Both areas have easy kitchen access for seamless service.

The Kitchen:
Get ready to cook up a storm in this fully-equipped kitchen! With indoor and outdoor dining sets, cooking utensils, bakeware, and a range of appliances including a blender, toaster, and microwave, this kitchen has everything you need. Let your culinary creativity soar – the possibilities are endless!

The Family Room
Welcome to our family room – where the fun never ends! Play pool or try your hand at the dartboard. Relax in front of the large smart TV with ample seating and direct pool deck access. Gather for board games or work/study in the small den. Admire original stained glass windows while enjoying the cozy atmosphere. High bar stools at the kitchen counter offer extra seating.

PRIVATE GUEST COTTAGES

COTTAGE #1 (Sleeps 4)
The downstairs cottage is a spacious apartment with a private entrance. Enjoy comfort with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area with counter stools. Relax on the queen platform bed or pull-out sofa, with entertainment from the smart TV. Freshen up in the en-suite bathroom with a shower. Step outside to a tranquil courtyard with lush landscaping and a toucan mural, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.

COTTAGE #2- Upstairs (Sleeps 3)
The charming upstairs cottage, a haven of light and airiness. Relax in the bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a quaint bistro set for dining. Enjoy our newly renovated bathroom with artistic tiles and upgraded shower. The fully-equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary needs. A closet provides an extra rollaway bed for additional guests.

COTTAGE #3 (Sleeps 2)
Experience tranquility in our secluded 3rd cottage, surrounded by lush landscaping and a remarkable toucan mural. Inside, find comfort in the queen bed, cottage wooden beams, and a cozy loveseat. Prepare meals in the small kitchenette and refresh in the en-suite bathroom with a shower. The bedroom exudes tropical charm with a rattan dresser and mirror. Step outside to a 4-piece bistro set for drinks under the starlit sky.

Enjoy your private sanctuary, whether upstairs or down, where each suite promises a hidden escape. Every moment is filled with adventure! Between the cottages, find a separate gas grill for cooking delicious meals and enhancing your stay.

The Outdoor Paradise
Welcome to your private oasis, with an expansive resort-style pool surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas on a manicured lawn. Fire up the gas grill for outdoor feasting, while dinner sets create memorable meals. Whether it's a pool splash, al fresco dining, or cocktails in paradise, outdoor fun knows no bounds here!

**Note: The pool is unheated but receives ample sunlight for a comfortable swim. For safety, we advise against bringing small children. Pool towels are provided.

The Extras:

- Hair dryers, irons, and ironing boards provided throughout the house.
- Space heaters available in some bedrooms for chilly nights; central heating not offered.
- Free on-site parking for convenience.
- Beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas provided for a fun day at the nearby beach.

Things to Note:

Check in is at 4pm - 10pm ONLY.

The property is not pet friendly.

GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 32 YRS/OLD TO BOOK.

UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTO COPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.

WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9 PM - 9 AM.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING GUEST FEES:

The quoted nightly rate covers accommodation for up to 10 guests and applies exclusively to the main house. Access to the guest cottages is not included and they will remain locked unless specifically rented.

If you wish to rent the guest cottages separately, the cost is $150 per night per cottage.

For any additional guests beyond the initial 10, there will be an additional charge of $50 per guest per day. The availability of cottages for use will depend on the total number of guests.

* There are security cameras only on the exteriors of the property, the pool deck and the front entrance at the RING Doorbell. These cameras are not monitored daily and only there for our guests safety.
