Very easy instructions to get in and the place was awesome. Ski in right down to the door and snowflake lift was a brisk 1 block walk away.Would 100% stay there again.Loved it
They had alittle bit of everything for our stay. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Clean and comfy condo. Used the supplied cooking equipment to make soup during the cold blizzard. Lots of great memories made.
Great condo for what we needed! Only negative was the mattress in the primary dipped in the middle so my husband and I rolled into each other all night long.
Perfect location. Ski in and a short walk to ski out. Equipment rental was a short walk away. Quick 5 minute walk to Main Street. Our unit was on the top floor, quite a bit of steps but we were fine. My only suggestion would be is to replace the teflon cookware. Other than that it was a great place to stay.
The communication was clear and we got prompt responses to questions. The place was clean and wonderful to spend time in.The only inconvenient thing was picking up and dropping off the keys. Not a big deal, but could be streamlined.
We had our three teenage boys with us for a snowboarding trip! We had the most amazing time. Condo was perfect! Clean and perfect location and it was exactly what we were looking for. We all have zero complaints. Only thing is if you have a hard time walking the stairs would make it tough. We knew ahead of time and had no issues at all.
Great location! We loved being able to ski right up to the building at the end of the day. It is a top floor walk-up, so it knocks the wind out of you a bit, but the location and convenient ground floor ski lockers help make up for that. While you can ski out to the gondola parking lot, there was still a decent walk after that, so we opted to take the bus stop at that road or walk to the snowflake lift most mornings. The leasing office where you pick up the keys is in Frisco, but it’s on the way to Breck, so it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. All in all, a great experience. We would recommend and stay again!

Inconvenient and dated
Key pick up is in Frisco so if you’re on a mountain shuttle it’ll be a problem. Very dated. 5th floor unit with no elevator. Ski locker is an actual key
Clean and great location! Ski in off Four O’clock trail. Ski down to shuttle stops. You can walk to the gondola (which we’ve done) but it’s not preferable in ski boots. Can’t remember if the listing mentioned an elevator, but it’s on the top floor and there is no elevator. Ground floor equipment closet is convenient. Didn’t use the hot tub.
Perfect family sized ski in/walk or ride out condo
We had wonderful stay in this comfy condo. Located right on the 4 O'clock ski back trail and walking distance or a just a short 5 min or less ride to the Snowflake Lift. Skiing back on 4 O'clock lets you ski literally right to the back door where you pop your skis put them in the locker inside and walk up to the condo. The condo was well equipped, very clean, and being on the top floor, very quiet. That said, it is on the top floor so it's a climb up four flights of stairs and probably wouldn't be the best place for people who'd struggle with climbing that many stairs with luggage. The parking lot also fills up fast and I'd suggest largely leaving your vehicle parked and walking or shuttle bus riding around town and to lifts. I'd definitely book the condo again for any trip to Breck with 5 or more people.

Great location and condo! Not so great management company.
Really enjoyed the property itself. Management is not very knowledgeable about the condo or Timber Ridge office. They do not make check in or check out very convenient as they want you to drive across town to pick up and deliver keys. Not feasible without having a vehicle. Check out was also very early, 10am. This was spring ahead night for time change and would have appreciated the courtesy of the full amount of time that we paid for on check out morning.
Excelllent location, spacious but cozy, great layout.
This is the perfect location if you want to be able to walk to local restaurants and ski back to the condo at the end of the day. The bus does pick you up in the parking lot of the condo to take you to Snowflake Lift to start your day. Charter Sports is connected to one of the buildings of the Pine Ridge Condos..It closes at 5:00 pm, but Christie Sports is within walking distance and stays open until 7:00 pm.The condo is very spacious, yet cozy and welcoming. Having the locker on the main level to store our ski equipment was perfect. We didn’t cook any meals, but the kitchen has plenty of room to do so. We had no trouble picking up and returning our keys in Frisco, but we rented our own car. The office is on the way to and from the Denver Airport. The only negative for us was the 4 flights of steps. My family and I are all healthy and active, but climbing the steps in the high altitude did affect our breathing somewhat. The stairs would not deter us from staying here again, though, at all.Having a washer and dryer in the condo was also helpful. The hot tub is also a short walk. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this condo again.

Great location! A few negatives
Rating Details:
The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
First of all our trip started off badly because we had to wait an hour for someone to bring us the keys because they were taken to Frisco by accident, so our check in was delayed until 5 which made us have to stress out to drag up our luggage and get to the ski rental place by 6. I asked for a one hour late check out due to their mistake but they said no. For the positives, the location of this condo is awesome! You can ski in, it is close to the shuttle and you can walk to Main St. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fairly stocked with dishes, cups and pots and pans along with a coffee maker. The negatives are that there is no garage, so your car will be outside, this is on the top floor and although it appears to be on the fourth floor, there are A LOT of stairs which is very hard with luggage and groceries. The loft area is completely open so it is loud and gets warm. Other than that, we enjoyed the condo.
Pros:1 - great location. You can walk to town for basically anything. You can ski-in right up to the building at the end of the ski day. For ski-out at the start of the day, it is a really short hop to the nearest lift (Snowflake Lift). We took the bus to the lift just so we didn't have to carry our gear and walk in our ski boots, but the lift is only like 200 yards away. We never waited more than 5 mins for a bus2 - condo is really nice and comfortable. Nice fireplace and kitchen3 - management was really responsive. They checked in with me via text every day and made sure everything was good. We had some minor issues (no parking pass, broken fridge handle) and they resolved them without delayCons:1 - it's on the top floor. Walking up/down those stairs everyday was tough in the thin Breckenridge air2 - there are 4 beds in the upstairs loft, but no bathrooms upstairs. If you need to hit the restroom in the middle of the night, those in the loft have to go up/down the stairs3 - key pick up/drop off is not at the local office, but at a management office a few towns away (Frisco). If you don't have a rental car, this could get complicated, but management mentioned they would work with you. We had a rental car so it wasn't a big deal. Frisco is on the way to/from the Denver AirportOverall I highly recommend this place, as the location and fun factor far outweighed the cons
Not family friendly - this condo is located 7 floors up with no elevator and the hallway leading up to the stairs was too narrow to get a stroller through. Good location between the mountain and main street, but 7 flights of stairs was not communicated.
